Import was quite difficult at the time because of different language settings, I had to translate the csv first but still hat some problems with some fields not importing correctly.
I have found the speed very impressive and searching for information is rapid and easy. I also really like the way the task management system works as it allows me to keep on top of my day.
Sometimes the synchronisation fails & it needs to be restarted again but that happens 1 in 10 times so its not a major deal anyway.
Even the free version offers very good practicability and is a very good entry point the the software.
Occasional crashes, and after few records sometimes appears error message.

It is training and support that differentiates competitors. Onshape training is totally inadequate in my experience.

There are several options that can be clicked that do different things. If there was a cheat sheet to understand what each thing done it would make it easier.
The SW is pretty easy to use (particularly for standard functions) and very well supported. The CAS staff are very responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Some features not used in process lingering. Transition with all of the nuances my business has was a bit more difficult to setup.
Overall Steelhead has been a great addition for us and in a very short period of time has increased efficiency, throughput and visibility throughout the shop.
I have not came across any items that have disappointed me that have not been resolved when discussed with the Steelhead team.
I have found it to be nothing but a success in giving us the tools for future success.

When the sw running , some time, i don't have the indication of what it do. No indication is being processed.
I needed a lot of help, but was able to produce some great quality results. LOTS of options to choose from on geometry, mesh and CFD configurations.
A decent connection is a must in order to.operate without problems...we did have problem once due to a local internet blackout.
When I compared my results to other wind/water tunnel test results, I found good agreement, which gave me a lot of confidence in the CONSELF results.
Furthermore, only the residual chart is present and in some cases, it is not easy to know when to stop the simulation looking only at this one; maybe a monitor chart should be added.
It is accessible anywhere and the price quality ratio is very good.
