Hyper-Reach overview

What is Hyper-Reach?

Hyper-Reach is an emergency notification software designed to help businesses deliver alerts to citizens and public safety agencies using multiple communication channels including SMS, email, voice calls, mobile applications, integrated public alert and warning system (IPAWS), really simple syndication (RSS) feeds, push notifications and advertisements. It caters to organizations in financial services, energy, manufacturing, law enforcement, hospitality, healthcare, and other industries.

Hyper-Reach allows professionals to send targeted alerts based on geography, create custom groups from employee lists, and use templates to standardize message creation. It includes one-click web registration for users and lets businesses select specific cities, zip codes, and streets according to requirements. The system also helps organizations record voice messages through text-to-speech functionality and translate them into multiple languages.

Hyper-Reach enables agencies to communicate with citizens via phone, text, or email using two-way messaging capabilities. It also offers APIs, enabling businesses to broadcast messages through digital signage.

What do users say about Hyper-Reach?

I am a little disappointed with it not having enough of its own visualization tools; however, it supports Power BI and Tableau, but it is a workaround.
