FleetWave by Chevin Fleet Solutions is a modular web-based enterprise fleet management software for use with multiple types of vehicles, including cars, vans, commercial vehicles, off-road equipment, speciality equipment, and more. FleetWave includes tools designed to assist with highlighting costs, ensuring compliance, and meeting risk requirements.

FleetWave can be used internationally, with support for country-specific compliance legislation requirements, including Department of Transportation inspections, emissions inspections, driving history reports (MVRs), annual physicals, and commercial driver's license (CDL) certifications in the US, and corporate manslaughter legislation, duty of care, the 4th EU Motor Insurance Directive, and London Congestion Charging in the UK.

FleetWave’s driver portal allows limited access for drivers to input their own data, for fuel, mileage, ordering new vehicles, and making accident claims. The accidents module enables users to record and store key information, such as the driver and vehicle involved, the date and time, the accident location, and any police involvement. Additional data, including details of any damage, photographs, and repair quotations, for company records or insurance claims. Analysis reports can then be automatically generated, to assess accident trends by day, vehicle, or driver.
