Now, with their new dashboard and live steaming options for Youtube and Facebook is it just perfect. However, the best this is stability of service, which is essential for online events.

Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

I was actually the person who convinced my boss to purchase Cision for a start-up I was at in 2018. It was helpful, but I'm not sure if it was entirely worth the expense.

The Keyword Magic Tool is great and really helps to focus one's efforts on finding the best keywords for their content strategy. I love GA but it can be VERY confusing. SEMrush is a little easier to navigate and understand, and it delivers such amazing information and data that you can really use to improve your web presence. Compared to Ahrefs their link metric is weak which I think puts them in a bad state. Apart from this their overall User interface is a bit confusing but er get to used to it.

Some major flaws that are hard to ignore with a couple I consider "critical points of failure. It is very simple and easy to manage the leads and collorabate information. Comforting to know that all the information is safe and secure as well. Once we got it up and running the improvements we saw in our teamwork was clear. I would definitely recommend looking into it if you are on the market for something like this.
