Supervisors can set up role-based permissions, manage accounting, configure custom branding, and access the pre-built email templates. It also allows sales representatives to access call recordings or VMail transcriptions, initiate payments, and utilize click-to-call functionality.
SkySwitch provides an SD-WAN functionality, which enables staff members to monitor WAN (Wide Area Network) failovers and secure VoIP transactions. It provides an application programming interface (API), which facilitates integration with several third-party applications, including Microsoft Teams, Connectwise, Twilio, ReachUC, and QuickBooks.
