Fantastic customer support. Very flexible product and a great overall experience.
When I signed up it charged per team and phone line. I still get just one line, one voicemeail.
This is already a great product—and the developers seem to be all over making it better.
When a call comes in it takes a while to notify people and multiple people can answer at the same time without realizing it and it sounds really stupid to the caller.
It worked pretty flawlessly, with excellent sound quality.
Problem is answering calls ... many times they're already hung up by the time I'm able to get to the call. It's got some major refining in the area of speed and efficiency.
It had a phone number that I really wanted and was excited was offered through a solution I needed.
No integration with gsuite or CRM software is a deal breaker. Customer service takes hours to respond to a "chat.
I love how Yodel integrates with Slack so I'm notified of incoming calls and if someone leaves a message it is transcribed directly into the Slack channel of my choice.
At times there is a lag on when the call comes in but I think this is more because of the internet connection rather than the system.

Cain was has been an excellent asset to circle loop going above and beyond to help ensure the product does exactly what we need it to do.
Sometimes call transfer can be a little buggy. Incoming calls suffer from intermittent lag, with users phones ringing at different times.
I like the simpleness of their user interface, it is very easy to use. Their integration is the best, I was able to integrate it with my favorite CRM software.
I had to follow up with the customer service team on multiple occasions to find out whether the problem was being looked into or not.
I also like that I can connect it directly with my ZOHO crm. I also love that the price is very affordable compared to most other phone apps.
They're all small niggles really. The text messaging system is a bit clunky and currently has no notifications enabled.
I use their service to run my business from home with ease and comfort, it also has helped me to save a lot of money that other companies are taking with the same functionality.

Customer support did an amazing job easily onboarding us, and conveying the features and benefits in an easy to understand way. And then, he setup our solution (both Zoho and Ring.io).
I need to see if any corrections need to be made without alot of scrolling. Im afraid I will accidentally hit send before proofreading.
I appreciate that the web phone is easy to use. I like that I can click on phone numbers and have it automatically dial instead of individually typing numbers.
We switched our business to Ringio and have been disappointed. They advertise that they integrate to highrise CRM but it seldom works or recognizes calls.
I like using the power dialer during sessions with my team. Integration with HubSpot is also important.
We even purchased our IP phones from them to avoid having issues and it is still VERY BUGGY. AVOID THIS ISH WE COULD HAVE.
I found this system useful right off the bat and it was very easy to understand and implement.

This is inconvenient for people I know and can call back, but devastating if I'm trying to conduct business. Every update brings a litany of unexpected behavior and new errors, especially on mobile.
This software has great business features. Has an auto attendant feature that is fully customize-able and has a great after hours functionality.
This is company scams small businesses. A few months ago I had to move my phone number to a different company as the call reception with Line 2 was poor.
I am overall happy with my experience with line 2. It helps a lot keeping everything organized.
At times the app has logged me out without me realizing it and during the times that it is not actively signed in I can miss calls and messages from clients.
I love the ease of use and the ability to text at will.
Customer service is not responding to emails or phone calls. Instructions online to cancel account are incomplete.
I chose Line2 because it's pricing was competitive. I use this for my business only, so I like that I can track my business related calls and messages apart from my personal correspondence.
I think there is only one thing - there is no search option. Whenever I tried to look for previous messages I need to manually look for it - one by one.
I love the idea that it's like a virtual cellphone for us- recruiters working offshore.
Overall, this software gets the job done for a decent price. My only complaint is that I have to click around more than I would prefer to get it set where I want for call flow.

They have no team collaboration and they also have no desktop app, only used in web browser. Won't replace 8x8 or Nextiva for collaboration.

Like the ease of dialing phone numbers that are on screen, being able to click into my salesforce account rather than search for a number for contact is so useful.
If you download the app on your phone. When you answer the call on your computer, it says missed call on my phone.
For me, the integration of Truly into my daily workflow has been awesome to this point in the process. I am a new user of the product, but it has already had a big impact on the way I work.
I dislike how you can re-route where the calls go because today someone (not sure who) re-routed all our calls to one specific person.
Very easy to learn how to use it and their support is amazing.
Often time very glitchy, dials twice at a time, sound cuts out randomly, delayed call/end buttons.
Whether you used the software through a mobile app on your phone or computer or cell phone the call quality was great and rarely dropped calls.
There is a long delay when routing the call on your device.
Great connection and easy to use and talk with.
It's simple, they dont try and reinvent the wheel the perfect the wheel.

If you download the app on your phone. When you answer the call on your computer, it says missed call on my phone.

I dislike how you can re-route where the calls go because today someone (not sure who) re-routed all our calls to one specific person.

Often time very glitchy, dials twice at a time, sound cuts out randomly, delayed call/end buttons.
Whether you used the software through a mobile app on your phone or computer or cell phone the call quality was great and rarely dropped calls.
There is a long delay when routing the call on your device.
