Super pleasant, great chat support, fast email support replies, always quick to help and communicate.
Some of mails are delay to deliver I do not why but i found only this con in this software. It is also costly for some clients not everyone should afford it.
With a dedicated IP and representative, delivery is amazing. Very easy to use for developers and works well with our app integrations for the transactional emails.
Unfortunately, the logs only go back to about 2 months or so which meant we had just lost all the old data.
I've used this service for 2 years and in free tier is certainly one of the best value products. Is very easy to configure and use and has a good customer support.
Time consuming on a fully paid account.customer support is horrible.
So it seemed a good idea to try it. I'm using it for almost 2 years and it was easy to setup and it's working great since then without any need to fix or change anything.
If mailgun gets an IP blacklisted - from other senders - you could end up in trouble. Since they do not answer tickets for 48 hours you might not be able to send mail for 48 hours.
Overall I have been super satisfied with using Mailgun to handle all the mail processing from my website.
First 10k emails through Mailgun are free, why not give it a try. Transactional outbound emails originating from Mailgun and are less likely to be blocked as spam.

It has done wonders for my productivity and efficiency. It makes me excited to start my workday and it makes working more fun.
Now I'm in this weird place where I still have some apps in Shift and some in Chrome... it's probably worse workflow-wise than before.
It's a marvel of design that combines simplicity, ease-of-use, and powerful functionality into a single window with multiple panes.
The only complaint I have is the LastPass extension has never worked and it's annoying when my gmail account logout and I can't just use LastPass within the app.
The layout and speed of Shift's platform is near perfect. I love only opening Shift on my laptop and crushing work due to the ease of bouncing between apps.
Frustrating to run into yet another poorly executed reskinned Chromium browser with secret extension -- so much potential. Unstable, crashes, resource heavy, and doesn't fully free memory when closed.
For a company where all of our tools are online, it makes a great central hub for all daily work. And the tight integration with engineering tools is nice.
No unified calendar option, that's really something I'm missing... and actually for 99 euros a year, I feel like it's a little deceiving.

I loved the product but felt there was a significant disconnect with customer support that made it impossible to benefit from the Shift in a reliable way.

I have great experience with that solution, I recommended to use this solution it's totally secure and free of cost.
There is also no customer support for Gmail so if you have an error or problem you are on your own which can be frustrating at times.
Excellent overall, keeps me organized, and the ability to make folders for emails is great for organizing business records.
Can easily be hacked if your phone or laptop is lost. Hard to recover if forgot password.
The ease of switching between screens and the auto save feature is a life saver. Gmail's ease of use is wonderful for all.
I dislike the way it filters emails into spam sometimes. I have to monitor spam every so often to make sure I didn't miss any important emails.
Gmail is a smart-looking, simple and reliable software. It has stronger spam-detecting features than some of its competitors and is, on the whole, user friendly and intuitive.
The problems of receiving mails because it is connected to google,the lack of offline is a discomfort for my side.

Love it, love it love it. As a small business, it has al of the tools we need to run and operate our business.
For example, inserting code into a google doc is sometimes ugly and extremely inconvenient. I imagine there are other similar specialized use cases that should be added.
My overall experience with Google Workspace has been great. There are so many useful tools within it and it is perfect for a business owner.
We did run into occasional glitches and bugs, especially where access permissions are concerned, which can be a problem.
A really great place to work out of, ease of use is 10/10, and just really a workplace's best friend.
At times when files are imported from external apps such as Microsoft 360 for example there are loss of formatting and data types which is inconvenient.
Google Workspace is a great productivity suite that always feels great to use. We use it every day, and have always been happy with it.

The integration of Google Meets was a good addition that responded to the evolving marketplace of remote visual meetings (and at least for now it's free, which is also a great bonus).

I've had a very positive experience. The help desk was able to respond to some of my questions pretty quickly, I like the functionality and my emails look good.
I have had instances where the emails sometimes end up in the spam folder or promotions folder, which can be annoying and needs to be figured out.

Because we hadn't taken much time to explore the full range of features and how to adapt them to our specific needs, we ended up with a highly defective campaign that was doomed to fail.
It is amazing and really helpful that they allow free users access to their email automation feature.
What I mean is that I'll be typing and I'll get to where I am right now, and the cursor will reset to the beginning and start type there instead. If I refresh the page, the problem goes away.
Love the user friendliness. It was easy to set up and the videos are so well done whenever I want to add efficiencies, have questions, or want to tweak my newsletters, they're so helpful.

It's a powerful, elegant and quite complete helpdesk/live chat/ticket handling solution. It has a very complete free tier and powerful (if expensive for us) premium features.
Okay, but the UX is atrocious. Out of all the other helpdesk solutions I have used, LiveAgent is by far the most frustrating to set up and navigate.
Their CS is super responsive and helpful. Easy to set up, value-cost is off the chain and has the all the right functionalities I needed.
The knowledge base is ugly which makes it ugly old website. As mentioned earlier it has an overwhelming amount of features which means a little learning curve.
You can largely set it up yourself which is always a good sign. There is good separation of modules which allows you to grow into greater use of the system one piece at a time.
Before I had to answer emails, social network separately and this was lost throughout the conversations which made the support very flawed and annoying.
I love the way this whole software was built to help companies get a single solution to manage all the things to keep their clients happy. Such a nice tool and ease of use even for beginners.
I've been looking across several platforms to get necessary functionality, all of them either were too expensive or too complicated to setup or missed necessary features.

We use for email marketing and its been great for that. Creating campaigns is straight forward with a great tool for designing a campaign within the software.
Additionally, sendinblue does a horrible job documenting and announcing their own vetting process. I once purchased SIB Credit and had no feedback as to why it wasn't credited to my account.
Customer service was superb. They were awesome and I found the editor of the email easier to use than the competitor.
Sendinblue is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not only their support is close to inexistent for users with premium account, but they treat you like a criminal.
The product has some really good features at a great price. We use chat functionality on our website and it is super easy to design campaigns on the platform.
We'd gone to some trouble to transition our mailing list, learn the new interface, and get it linked to our website for subscriptions. We now feel that we were misled or tricked.
Also I was extremely impressed with Sendinblue technical support when I had an issue due to an error of my own making - they were responsive, helpful and courteous.
Until now i didn't see a single email go to a spam folder. I tested it even on a @live.com email which is very strict about spam.
Very good once it is setup. The highlight of the entire experience is the excellent back end support , who is very understanding and fast in their responses.

Coming from lotus notes I was instantly in love with outlook. I loves its clean and simple interface.
The worst part I would say however is the app. They developed an app for the apple store and quite honestly it is slow and very difficult to navigate around compared to the desktop version.

Its great application you can create your company dedicated email accounts, and assign to your company team. Its very good option I like it most.
There are no detailed manual to the problem that I face, and only after seeking support from the customer service the problem is fixed.
All of my clients are really happy with Zoho as they never faced any difficulty due to Zoho's user friendly user interface. I really appreciate Zoho for providing such wonderful service.
The limited versions are quite limited. Also, terrible spam filtering (filters known contacts in spam occasionally and not always catching obvious spam).
Zoho is an amazing and super complete email platform, it has a series of useful features and tools for those who work with emails, especially companies.
It cannot be integrated with HubSpot. It’s really disappointing to use it in mobile browser, difficult to read and type.
Communicating with my team has been pretty seamless. It's pretty easy to understand, good UX and great customer support.

They tried to steal another month of billing and made me dispute with my CC company.
I enjoy that iContact is easy to use, intuitive, and a great price for all that is packed into what you get. You also get great customer service with them.
Even though the charity I worked with started using another service, iContact demanded payment for a period of time after we had made the switch. I personally found that in poor taste.
I like the preview and ability to send test message. I like the social media integration.

I really liked the built-in themes that were available to choose from when creating an email, as well as the option to import my email from a URL.
IContact is easy to use, even for those who may not be very tech savvy.
Good overall, but we needed to have more emails sent out monthly to justify the cost.

There's very little I dislike about this software. My only complaint is small - when creating a new sequence, you can't change the "trigger" that initiates the flow.
We felt confident in their ability to successfully transition ESP platforms. The product itself is quite good and does everything you would expect it to.
This is just a really disingenuous way to price as you get charged for that user every month even if you dont email a list member.

It works great in terms of keeping track of opportunities, leads, customers etc. I also like that you can log (and track) your emails, notes, calls, and the like.
There is this general issue I have (or struggle with) when it comes to Hubspot is all the different tools that they have and how they all sort of work together but also maybe not.
Deal/contact creation and management is user-friendly and easy, and love the ability to push tasks to myself. I especially love the integration with gmail.
The result is that I have to manually tell it not to enter a personal email into the CRM, which is a pain.
It helps me with my inbound marketing, SEO, CRM and many other needs. The vendor is great and customer service is incredibly responsive and helpful.
And its sometimes hard to know which "hub" you are in and whether that communicates with other places.
The online help has been wonderful. Lots of options to make your business organized once you learn it.
However, pricing & features change so I sometimes mistakenly try to get people on board whilst pricing has gone up or features are missing for the acceptable pricing.
Highly recommended for organizations of any size. Each company will find a great combination of Hubspot modules and versions.

We received an email from google after that saying we sent to many emails which constitutes spam and were therefore disabling our email. I wrote and they sent the same canned answer.
It's a very good software to know when your email was viewed, how many times viewed, with what device and location of viewers. It's a very good tool to manage my sent mails.
It was slow, sluggish, it took ages to do anything. It would randomly go down and stay down for half an hour or more.
Streak is awesome and the best in class for email integrated CRM.
No sequences were the major reason to stop using Streak.
Free forever (on the individual plan) and built within Gmail are the top 2 benefits I was looking for, and Streak meets both of these needs.
An excellent service that works with your Gmail and is Free.
Customer service gets AAAAAA. Plus it is so easy to use and again customer service is amazing.

Its user-friendly tabs feel like home to me. I have used other software, however, I have always been in love with Yahoo mail. I love the convenience of getting my onscreen notifications.
If in the event there is an internet outage I will not have access to my events during that period. Emails received are sometimes sent to spam or trash folder randomly.
The small business is not overpriced at all and a amazing choice for beginners. They have a ton of build in temples which makes it super easy to follow.
Inbox emails wind up in spam and spam emails wind up in inbox. Deleted emails reappear and need to be deleted repeatedly.
Yahoo Mail is a great platform for managing your mail, I have been using it for more than 10 years, and I am glad by the updates that they usually made.
Its hard to track and the spam is just not filtered. I let go of my yahoo account.
Love yahoo and the versatility I get with it. The emails deliver and are received quickly, inbox and folder manipulation is fantastic and I can customize it.
Strangely, despite what I do, emails by one of my coworkers always wind up in the spam box.
I get all my important stuff emailed over, it has a great spasm filter and I'm able to archive my important info i want to keep.

It has a really good transactional API and the dynamic template is nice and easy to use. Ruby gem for SendGrid is good as well.
I tried for 2 weeks to get in touch with them (trouble tickets, emails, and phone calls) and never got a reply to anything. This is a TERRIBLE company to do business with.
What I love the most about, Sendgrid emails is that they are not spammed when they reach their target's mail box and are always marked as important.
Service is terrible lodged a customer service request replied quickly with useless information then didn't hear from them for 4 days.
The built in tracking is quite nice and they make it very easy to configure. Knowing not only opens/clicks but unique values was great.
When complaining to Sendgrid I spoke with several people who were empathic to my frustrations about the program no longer working as it should.
It's also good for developers to integrate with a website as it has very nice and clean API documentation which allows developers to use it across their website.
Sadly, their support has no drive to actually solve the problem. We've been back and forth with their support for months now with no resolution.
The cost benefit is very good and the free plan is very functional. It has excellent usability and performance and facilitates the management of multiple domains.
All the E-Mails we sent during that time untill we noticed it (2 days) are just lost.
The best part is the statistics you receive following an email campaign, you can view what % of users opened the email - superb for marketing.
Ease of use and the ability to design your email templates without HTML knowledge is great. You can also learn HTML by yourself on the software while using it.

Sadly, their support has no drive to actually solve the problem. We've been back and forth with their support for months now with no resolution.
The cost benefit is very good and the free plan is very functional. It has excellent usability and performance and facilitates the management of multiple domains.
All the E-Mails we sent during that time untill we noticed it (2 days) are just lost.

I've been using the Pipefy for almost 2 years now and for me is very good and useful, I like that you can mould it accordingly to your needs and make your daily activities easier.
Automations require a new UX, maybe something related to path creations, with several steps. Today is limited and has some fails to deploy/start that frustrate the workflow creator.
Its ease of use and simplicity. It just does what it promises to do and very user friendly interface that allows me to customize it the way that I want.
I noticed there are no demonstration videos/picturess for beginners.
Easy and clean, best ui, easy to understand, easy to use in the same time with alot of features to apply.
Poor data analyses; difficult to connect to others softwares.
We are a Service-Based Business, so having a Software we can trust and is being constantly improved, is essential. I would totally recommend Pipefy.

Totally happy with its use as it made my work very easy to switch from one mail to another also with amazing features of Facebook and WhatsApp makes our day amazing.
Also sometimes it bugs out with my outlook email accounts, I will repeatedly get error warnings, but I am still able to receive and send emails with the account, not sure what that's about.
The ease and functionality is out of the roof, specially that ui design its mesmerizing when i installed it first i was like in love with the ui and functions available.
Their support is horrible. Beginning the third week of plsatitudes and apologies, but NO FIX to a basic, fundamental requirement to sync my calendar.
It is great for email offering smart unified inbox and easy to navigate. It is also a quick and responsive app.
But there is no way to contact by phone. All I get is a computer generated stupid answer to my questions.
Good price for the product. Had a few questions and were pleased with the support.

To me this is odd, it is not explained and honestly I am not even sure if that is trackable and up to SMTP2GO.
Therefore I wanted to have a solid worry-free, reliable solution for sending mail instead of configuring and maintain a smtp-server myself. The quality is very good for the prices.
We host with another company and our email was being flagged as spam and never delivered.
Ease of use admin UI is easy to use and costs for the volume is fantastic. Support is quick and efficient.
Took me a bit to figure out an error we were seeing, but it turns out the issue was on our end anyways.
We had no choice but to rely on a smart-host like SMTP2Go. We tried similar competitors but this by far was the best.

I love how Mailchimp is so easy to use. The custom emails you can write along with how you can track who opens your emails and the percentages of how many times they open it is great.
Setting up the API key when your webhost is Godaddy is difficult. But I think it's more of an issue with the webhost and my personal lack of education with technology.
Overall my experience has been pleasant and supportive for the non profit I work for. We will continue to use this company because they are always updating and making things better for its users.

It is a great tool for email marketing filled with the required features like analyses and reports, segmentation, automation, etc. It is very nice looking and easy to navigate.
I cancelled my subscription and after a month they activated without my consense and charged of 95.
What i like most about this tool is that it provides me with the best email marketing services and great features for building my email lists effectively.
After numerous communication with the company, we found out they moved us to a "bad" server/IP address which triggered the recipient inbox spam filters.
GetResponse is my favorite EMS by far. The software is fairly easy to use and for what you can't figure out they have tons of options and outstanding customer service to learn and get trained.
When we asked for them to refund our payment due to our inability to use their system they refused, citing terms and conditions.
I am very much happy with the functionality if someone reworks the usability part, it will be one of the best products.

You cannot prepare webinar room in advance. Each time during rehearsals we had to upload all materials (PPT, videos, polls etc.) 1 hour before the webinar which was quite inconvenient.
Its beginner friendly and cheap. It very reliable and easy to use.
They somewhat have limited integrations compared to bigger platforms.
Great automation marketing tool with lot of options (forms, landing pages, webinars, API). They are not stiff like others email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Active Campaign).
Difficult to navigate between multiple opt-in. Webinar attendees limit of 100 in "Plus " plan.
What i love about them is the vast amount of template they have making creating landing pages very easy and they also have email templates too.

It is easy to use, it just works, it's easy to set up, it provides awesome verification of my mail reaching its destination, I will continue to be a happy Mailjet user for years to come.
Their attitude of doing nothing is the worst and the rudest I’ve ever seen in my years of working with several email service companies. And I see that they blame this to the pandemic.
Mailjet is easy to set up and comes with a good delivery system. It also helps in achieving good open click through rates.
This is the reason why I didn't expect charges for the next 12 month but I was charged twice already. This is a bug, issue, error in MailJet billing system.
I love the the easy n smooth mail sending quality of this software the most but rest of functions and services also awesome like customer support ,Templates,SMTP etc.
Some problems in the implementation with api system. The errors were not totally clear.
It is easy to get started with all the options and the best feature is to schedule the emailers. Also, the reports are good enough for normal email marketing.
Required monthly subscription if you are sending more than 6000 emails per month. Somehow costly as compared to other services.

Not only that, but it is extremely easy to link up to your API and send template-ed messages. I have used it for all my automated emails and love it.

The Salesforce integration is great, allowing for easy visibility directly from your inbox; love the templating options and the ability to insert availability for a few team members at once.
Broken emails, bad reports, formatting errors. The worst Customer Service I've ever seen.
This sales/marketing tool works like a marvel when integrated with Gsuite. The control panel is very easy to use and the free version gives you a lot of very useful features.
Pointed out a bug, their CS blamed our team for it (they said we were copying and pasting formatting errors in). Then it happened again and their team said we were typing random carriage returns.
You can create custom templates, so you will save a lot of time and automate the complete process in sending emails. Mixmax comes with great solution of integration with your Gmail address.
Also, I had some problems with open rate stats, the Mixmax counted opens when somebody opened a contact to which an email was sent on our CRM.
Wow, the dashboard and icons are incredibly easy to follow. This is more of a learn by using type software - it's difficult to educate yourself on all of the features by just reading about it.
Sometimes the tracking gives me wonky info, and I've had a hard time with info going into my CRM at times.
Super easy to log emails to SFDC without slowing down my Gmail account. Additionally, tons of additional features that I wasn't expecting, like a meeting scheduling link, email templates, etc.
Great tool for sending emails on a large scale with good interface.
Lots of features in the lower priced tiers. One day I want to upgrade and have even more awesome stuff.
Being able to follow up with prospects and clients at appropriate timing due to the tracker being installed.
And the amazing customer service is ridiculous. I regularly recommend features and they put them right into the dev queue.
