Pros

I can manage patching, bandwidth optimization, remote control and more. Alerts and reports of AD and users login.

Cons

I would love to be able to deliver Operative systems and to restrict the use of pirate software. That's is difficult to have I agree.

Pretty feature rich product that is pretty easy to deploy.

Centralized patch management and inventory reporting.

Pros

It does not do patch management as well as other products but also costs a lot less.

Cons

There can be some confusion on patches that are needed and what is actually installed on the systems. This can leave a lot of server in a pending reboot status if not careful.

Desktop Central to centralize all devices management

I use Desktop Central to manage my system which including Mobile, Tablet, and Computers which use Windows and Mac.

Pros

Desktop Central is an excellent tool to manage system and permission. Patching OS, install new software and upgrade new version for all devices are simple from one centralization location.

Cons

Desktop Central does not support to manage Cloud Virtual machine, and some installing may cause duplicate or re-install install software

The biggest benefit for us was the software deployment piece, ve were previously deploying through GPO

Pros

The tools are also very useful, we have setup reboot polices to force updates to install and set up remote control so we don't need to run around the building.

Cons

License management is tricky to use as it is based on the product and version, some software has multiple versions depending on install date so can be hard to track.

Good alternative to SCCM with complete features

All in one management system.

Pros

Many option ad cool feature from distribution of software to remote control. Managine MDM , server and workstation is very easy once setup.

Cons

No integration with Azure Active directory, still base on Active directory setup for the workstation? Management little tricky with on a cloud based domain.

Awesome tool with slightly lacking support

It was a great step in making management of our end points actually quite easy.

Pros

This software allowed us to consolidate our desktop management and reporting into a very user friendly tool that makes getting to the information quite easy.

Cons

The only issue that we have is some of the information can be stale and we have to manually scan the desktop. It does not take long and does not happen too often to be a major issue.
