This product is easy to use and you don't need to be an computer expert to master it such a great product and great customer service you had. It has a pretty interface and great functionality in theory. However the design elements are no better than that of an average student at a community college.

I was beyond impressed with the care and attention we received from our onboarding specialist. Support by the rep has been very good, always prompt and courteous. Up time has been very good, a few outages over the last few months but quickly resolved. The sophistication of the software is impressive as is the ability to deal with multiple locations, regions, pricing, fulfillment centers as well as its B2B platform.

It has great ease of use and functionality the option to select cheapest shipping fees without having to switch to multiple screens or programs and re enter addresses is a great time saver. Clear winner in our selection process and I have never experienced a better customer service.

A program that is incredibly complicated to understand. They attempt to simplify the architecture process but it is miserably complicated and lacks an intuitive interface.

Forget about it, unless you cheat the system and create two jobs-- one that is the real job for your employee and charges nothing, and one that only your accountant uses. The ease of moving jobs and seeing jobs, the interaction with Quickbooks is superb. Customer Support is great, the guys are quick to fix any issues plus very helpful in explaining features.

Now I love Coolfront and especially love the time and money it has saved our small company.
