Quick question on collaboration, when you have time: what's the main reason for using the "Send test" feature instead of the built-in commenting functionality? That would be super helpful to know. Overall, BeeFree is a solid email builder with excellent template designs and an intuitive interface. It’s perfect for anyone looking to create polished emails without spending too much time on design. With a bit more customization flexibility, it would be a 5-star product for me!

Overall the experiences have been good enough to use it for the last 6 years. The pricing has jumped and again the charges for images being hosted are pretty outlandish at this point. We are considering other editors because the fees have gotten so high.

Great product but a little lacking

All I need BeeFree to do is help me turn my ideas and my clients' visions into simple, responsive pages/ emails quickly, without fuss and at a fair price. It does this with a very small learning curve and I haven't used or seen better options.

My experience with Beefree has been positive overall. Its user-friendly interface and drag-and-drop functionality make designing emails easy, and the variety of templates saves time while allowing for customization. However, I've noticed some limitations with integrations and advanced features. Still, the design quality and responsive capabilities have greatly improved my email campaigns.

Streamlined Email Design with Beefree: A Positive Experience

We use Beefree to create our customer newsletters and other campaign initiatives communications. I deal with the design part and assembling  the layout and make sure the template is on brand, and my team mates work on the copy part, in the end I (as the designer) do the final review and approval  of the email and then export to hubspot. All of this without any coding!!

excellent!!! I witness it changes time to time, and it is getting better and better. I was the person who recommended this platform after research and study, presented a list of top two email platform with pro and cons to pour company executive team more than two years ago.

One of the best email tools out there

Anna W.:                                               My name is Anna. I am the owner of my business. I would give BEE Pro a five out of five. For more reviews like this, click below. I was using MailChimp pretty much exclusively before I found BEE Pro. The issues that I was coming up with was a lot of just formatting and the aesthetic quality of the layouts. It was not nearly as flexible as I was looking for when it came to being able to design a variety of email newsletters. So yeah, that was really where I was having issues with just the creative elements of a lot of the builders out there. I went searching for an option that gave me a lot more creative license when it came to design, and there weren't a lot of options out there. I found BEE Pro, decided to give the free version a try, and was extremely impressed with what I was able to create from it.
                                                       Submitted a couple side by side examples between some of the other builders that I'd used, and then BEE Pro, submitted those to some of my clients. Hands down, BEE Pro won every single time. So at that point, I decided it was worth the investment, go ahead and jump in, and have been using it ever since. So when I first started using BEE Pro, I've used a lot of different builders in the marketing work that I've done before. I found it to be extremely intuitive. The organization element of BEE Pro is something that I especially like. I'm sending several emails out a week. And being able to make copies of my templates, being able to get all of those elements set up right from the get-go was super easy.
                                                       The builder is intuitive. It'll make sense. There's a lot of flexibility. You can easily add and remove columns if that's what you're looking to do. Backgrounds of a section, easy to change out. Image uploads and image library, really easy to find what it is that you're looking for. So the organizational elements of BEE Pro was something that, from the get-go, I started using their folders, creating folders. And it's kept me organized all the way through.
                                                       If you're looking for an email builder that really allows you to customize pretty much any element that you could want, BEE Pro is a fantastic option for you. It's definitely one of those things where I have other solutions when it comes to building landing pages, but landing pages are also built into BEE Pro. I've used it a couple times. It's pretty seamless, being able to create that landing page, link it to the buttons, and the navigation that you are sending in an email. If you're considering upping your email game, I think BEE Pro is definitely worth taking a look at. It's one of those kinds of softwares that is pretty user-friendly. You'll get the hang of it pretty quickly. So yeah, there's certainly nothing wrong with standing out a bit when it comes to crowded email inboxes, and I think that the emails you can create in BEE Pro definitely allow you to do that.

Easy To Use Email Design Software.

Charlotte K.:                                          Hi, I'm Charlotte. I am the International Communications Coordinator for a membership organization with chapters in 15 countries, and I give BEE Pro a rating of five stars.
                                                       We've used a few different systems before we used BEE Pro. We used MailChimp, and we also wrote our own HTML code. But we found that MailChimp was exceedingly expensive for mail out prices, far above other competitors. And writing our own HTML templates took too long. BEE Pro allowed all of our users to make their own content for themselves without needing to have a lot of background knowledge. It was just as easy to use as MailChimp, but it was far more affordable and could be connected to other sending systems that saved us literally thousands of dollars.
                                                       We chose BEE Pro because it's an easy to use email design program. It's what you see is what you get. You can log in virtually so people can log in from different places. They can comment on each other's work. They can finalize together. There is an environment for collaboration. It's also really simple to use, and you can export the HTML. You can also store the images on BEE Pro's server with certain plans, and that makes it easier for us to not have to rely on hosting all of our images ourselves. So all of these were really good reasons. In addition, we wanted to be able to send through AWS or Sendinblue or one of the other systems that allow for much more affordable sending.
                                                       Oh, it's super easy to get started. I mean, you just sign up and then you can start building right away. It's a what you see is what you get kind of a program. You just pull the blocks in, you've got an email ready to go in a few minutes. For people who like to use pre-made templates, there's also a bunch of pre-made templates out there. Personally, that's not what we like to use, but for those who do like to use it, that could make it even faster for them.
                                                       If you want to have an easy to use email display, HTML system where you can easily move components in and out, something like what a lot of people are used to using in MailChimp, but you also want to use a sending system that's more affordable and more accessible, BEE Pro is a great option because it lets you use your own mailing system at the same time that you can easily create the HTML templates that you need.
