Administrators can utilize the BQIgnite admin console to manage signature templates, user metadata, attachments, banners, and surveys. BrandMail provides a signature template designer, which allows administrators to modify changes in the signature design and email body in real-time. The application includes BQBrandMe, which lets employees include additional details in their email signature such as social media account links, birthdays, qualifications, certifications, and more to share with email recipients. It enables managers to facilitate changes in the statutory information such as business details, disclaimers, terms and conditions, and content, in order to maintain brand integrity and compliance. BrandMail also helps businesses prevent rerouting of emails via external servers and tampering of HTML signatures.
