- It would be cool to enrich person based on linkedin url only, instead of needing to have the domain of the company

I love the UI-UX and Leads Management feature & EMail campaigns Follow-ups with the EMail verifier tool that confirms the credibility

Would love to see LinkedIn email finder features again with save lead option directly in the CRM or add Linkedin Campaigns to send messages to LinkedIn connections.

The quality of the bulk domain email search results The Leads and Campaigns features make it a one stop shop for cold marketing campaigns Custom fields for Leads and Attributes (with caveats, see what I like least)

Lead filtering could be further developed to make it quicker and simpler to discard unwanted email addresses, for example, anything containing the term, "info@" Custom fields (columns) cannot be used as a Leads filter, making them somewhat pointless. The inability to bulk edit Leads is frustrating because editing a field one by one on a bulk domain search is not really an option for 1000s of leads.

I can usually find the right person to call, but their phone number and email are not as easy. Hunter helps me find their email!

It's not entirely intuitive when I'm looking for the domain name.

The fact that Hunter connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive is essential to my workflow. Easy to export enriched lead lists, no manual data entry

Very expensive compared to other e-mail finding tools but also more inclusive. Also concerns about GDPR regulations and parameters behind the tool's data extraction methods

Ease of use, clean UI/ UX, value and quality of leads helps you get the most ROI.

Since you're not able to generate leads from all websites perhaps offering an alternative option would help. The Email Verifier works ok.

Hunter is an ideal tool for companies that solely rely on cold outreach for sales. It can not only help you find emails for your prospects but it can also help you verify these emails. All you have to do is type in a person's name and the company that he works. Hunter.io will source the email for that person in seconds. You can also do a bulk upload to verify hundreds in a single click.

At times, even the verified emails are incorrect and you might not even know unless you send them. This becomes a problem if you were to send email sequences.

Data base is quite large. Can usually find what I'm looking for.

Sometimes does not have e-mail addresses.

I love the accuracy of Hunter, since their algorithm pulls data from the open web. They do not rely on too much assumption. Their customer service is also very responsive and top notch.

I wish LinkedIn would ease up on their terms of service, so I could use this in conjunction with LinkedIn profiles again.

I have used hunter.io many times in the past to build effective marketing campaigns. The product allows me to find the contact info of key people inside of most organizations i may be researching.

Hunter.io is limited in it's functionality. But it does exactly what it is designed to do in my experience.

My team uses Hunter for years in order to find emails and outreach to the proper person. I prefer Hunter from other tools as I found out that most email-finding tools sometimes come up with wrong email addresses. That's not the case with Hunter as 90% of the time its results are accurate

While probably the best email-finding tool it's far from perfect. Sometimes the email addresses are wrong but I guess that's acceptable

One of the standout features of Hunter is their extensive and accurate database. Whether I needed to find email addresses or verify existing ones, Hunter consistently delivered reliable results. And made my work much more efficient and saved me valuable time.

I don't find any cons in hunter. Hunter made my marketing easy.

I personally only used Hunter to extract emails from websites. I believe there's also a possibility to add contacts for various lists, but this is limited for the free version. I do like that even the free version has quite some possibilities and you can still get a good amount of leads each month without having to pay anything for "yet another tool". So that's good.

The software isn't perfect. It doesn't always see email addresses. I believe it's easier for .com domains, rather than local domains like .be and .nl, which is what is most relevant to me and my target audience.

It is so easy to use and returns results quickly. I've just recently realized I can use it to find individuals on LinkedIn, too, so now it's TWICE as useful as before! Before, I had LinkedIn Sales Navigator and could enter contact names into Hunter and come up with an email. Now that I've stopped paying for SN, I pull up what Hunter shows for contacts and enter them into LI to verify they are still at the company and in a decision-maker position.

I haven't run across anything I don't like about Hunter!

We like the email domain lookup function of hunter.io that allows our sales development team to generate leads. The freemium plan offers a lot of value.

Not sure if it is integrated, we would welcome a verification tools that can confirm email would not bounce. Currently we use another software for that purpose. Reducing email bounce is critical feature in sales automation nowadays, at with machine learning (artificial intelligence) most mail router will ascribe a lower score to the our mail server if we push erroneous email in our outbound (email) campaigns

The plug-in scrapes the internet and identifies email address's from posts/websites etc and then gives a best guess as to the standard format of that companies domain/website. It has a great single click copy function to speed up the process of copy/paste for emailing. you can also bulk download.

Sometimes companies use a different domain for emails, e.g. their website is .com but they use .co.uk for emails, hunter doesn't currently address that but I guess they can't as its not a live domain.

In sales and marketing, I’m always looking for a good way to speak to POC. This is a great way to test emails for valid address, create marketing list for newsletters to separate groups and multiple people in the same organization. I use this tool daily to verify and export lists to other emailing software for marketing purposes.

Totally bummed that this no longer integrates with sales navigator on linked in. That was the most amazing tool when networking on that platform.

Beautifully designed solution to find contact details. An essential solution for outreach campaigns. The chrome extension is very useful for ongoing research.

Lack of integration options for popular CRMs. Few integrations available to help with the automation of gathering information.

Hunter allows you to find email addresses from organizations based on their domain name. It's a good starting point if that is all the information you have. They are able to share these addresses with transparency as they use public sources to collect the email addresses.

There is some extra verification process that needs to take place once you find an email address. While Hunter providers a confidence score, you'll want to do an additional step of verifying emails yourself so you know that your email will be delivered to the correct address.

Easy to use and email results are very accurate.

How the leads lists are set up, compared to other tools as I find that part more streamlined. As well as the statistics you can see for a campaign. Would also be great if you can see unique domains you have and not only the amount of emails being sent.

Hunter has an inbuilt search engine through which a user can extract email addresses and company details by submitting the intended company's web address, which is the best-liked thing about this app.

Hunter.io now has removed a feature that would allow a user to search and verify professional email addresses from the LinkedIn profile link.

Easy to use , up to date, excellent customer support, really useful. Trustworthy. Email addresses that were not easy to find as part of my job as a data entry freelancer, can be easily found using Hunter. It is one of the most trustworthy softwares as well as very easy to use.

I cannot find anything I don't like. I think that indeed it is reliable, which is the most important part of my work when researching contact infi.

My org primarily used Hunter for lead contact info verification. They also have CRM/automation tools which we don't use. It is very good for verifying contact info

Hunter is simple and straightforward. My org didn't use all the features (sales automation, etc) so can't say there were many cons. Worked well for verifying contact info and company info.

Top notch for finding email address of prospective clients and their information. It's easy to use and has a well design interface chrome extension

The Hunter free version is very limited to only 50 searches

The software recently added the BULK feature which saves me a great deal of time generating leads. The finder section also helps me identify potential emails by just using the person's first and last name.

Sometimes I find email leads on google search engine that are not on the software, an integration of the two can lead to larger volumes of verified leads. I would go as far as to suggest a collab with the sales navigator offer on Linkedin, the could offer customers more background to the potential leads.
