It is a great tool. Intuitive. Reliable. Great for working in teams. And customer support is always helpful, doing their best to meet your needs. But most of all I love bulk actions. Saves tons of time.
I had to think about that really hard, but only thing I found, after two years of using Kontentino, is that bulk actions are in middle (more expensive than basic) price package. Everything else is just perfect the way it is. :)

The overall experience is that this is a handy tool in your client relationship with external agencies and the improvement process for content/brand management.
For a marketing manager working for an SME I find that Kontentino offers me the best quality/price solution and support for an easy set-up. I like to use this tool because it doesn't go overload you with technical features you'll never use and instead focuses on a clear and simple overview of your managed social channels.
I didn't include the analytics option in my pricing version from what I experienced with the trial. I felt I wasn't getting all information there which I would find in another analytics dashboard.

My overall experince was great in the first time. We have renewed the tool for second year. Recommnd the tool for organizations and marketing teams who manage large social communities and content
Collaboration, automation, appropval process and efficienct.
Larger account access can be given at a enterprise level for better cost considering volumes.

A vital part of any experience for us is good customer service, and the staff are so friendly and helpful at all times. I love that in tech support chats we can use gifs and emoticons - it just sets such a wonderful tone. Great service and excellent price for this tool - price is especially important to us as a charity.
I love Kontentino's calendar system and how easy it is to use. We don't have a lot of time to mess around with complex systems when posting to our social media networks, and Kontentino makes it so easy to do in a very visual way. One of the largest positives for me is being able to quickly duplicate posts onto other social media platforms without messing around with them, just a few clicks and you're...
Nothing - there's no changes from us and it does exactly what we want to. At anytime where I've been unsure if there's a feature missing or I can't find, the staff have always been on hand to help me.

Kontentino is incredibly user-friendly. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, which has significantly reduced the time we spend on training new team members on the platform. It also integrates seamlessly with multiple social media platforms, allowing us to schedule and publish posts with just a few clicks.
The scheduling features of Kontentino are truly outstanding. We can plan our clients' social media campaigns in advance, and the platform alerts us if there are any conflicts or overlaps in the content we are scheduling. This has saved us countless hours of manual work and has made our team much more efficient.
The seats are limited but this is easily increased for an extra cost

With my team we manage 10 social media profiles which without Kontentino would be a mess :) This way we have a great overview over what's happening and can easily cooperate. So thank you!
The best added value is the simplicity of use. The design of the app actually makes it fun to "work" and supports creativity. I love that Kontentino often releases new features, such as the integration with Creator Studio, that make it even easier and more effective to manage my company's social media channels.
It occasionally happens that the post doesn't get scheduled on the first try and there are some limitations like the number of photos that can be uploaded at once to LinkedIn but to me they are small things and if there is a problem the customer support replies really quickly, I really enjoy the chat window in the app.

The team behind Kontentino is great. Their customer centric thinking is a real added value. The tool itself is constantly improving, new features are implanted and it really makes my work easier, it's also more efficient for the client. As well, all feedback and older versions are available and visible, nothing will get lost in emails and exceldocs.
- It's very easy to use. Clients, copywriters, .. For everybody it's very straight forward - It looks good and professional - There is a good overview of all the pages and the posts - Customer care replies almost directly and always helps you out - The team is willing to think along for future features.
- There is a delay in the notifications , but this is only 15 minutes.

It's great! I've used it for all my clients from 2019 and still recommend it to clients.
The ease of use and convenient collaboration between multiple members of the team and client.
It's a touch bit expensive compared to the other tools I know of. But. it's also one of the best that I've used so makes it worth it.

If we wouldn't have another suite which now has social planning included we would have stayed with Kontentino, since it worked perfectly for us!
As a SaaS this was a blast to implement and use without any restrictions. Collaboration made easy!
Previews sometimes misleading + Analytics could be better, but that's really all.

Easy of use, excellent support team, they speaks Spanish also. Lot of howtos about ussage.
More automation on Instagram, some posts has to be finally uploaded using a smartphone.

I use Kontentino to plan posts for my clients
It is very easy to use Kontentino. If you also look at the price it is a very reasonable price in comparison to other softwares. I use Kontentino almost daily to plan posts for my customers and my own social media.
Kontentino doesn't post automatically on Instagram so you do have to post the posts yourself which costs extra time but on the other hand you can read the caption again and check for typ or spellingerrors.

Great, not willing to change anytime soon
I like that it has a calendar and grid and that you can send your posts to your client for approval and then can post them all from just one place.

Visibility and simplicity of the application, and great customer support is what I like about Kontentino.
A little bit expensive for one men agencies and very small entrenprenuer is what I like least about it.
