Mintent is cloud-based content marketing automation platform which enables users to define audience personas, create content workflows, distribute content, and analyze content performance. The solution is designed for B2B and B2C organizations who wish to create engaging content for their target audiences.

Mintent includes a content calendar which provides full visibility on deadlines and enables the scheduling of content months in advance. Personas can be defined to cover different audiences, allowing users to create targeted content and campaigns for specific audience segments. Custom workflows can be used to automate task delegation and assignment to specific individuals or roles, with users automatically notified when they are next in line.

With Mintent, users can publish blog posts and new web pages or landing pages to their website, and schedule social posts to LinkedIn, Twitter, or Facebook. Content created in Mintent can be utilized in a range of other marketing automation systems, including Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, and Act-On. The content performance chart allows users to identify which content type performs best for each persona, and integration with Google Analytics gives users insight into pageviews, clickthroughs, bounce rates, likes, shares, and retweets. Mintent also allows users to store content assets, drafts, and shared files in an asset library, enabling the reuse of previously-created content.

The software has a lot of capability to be a great project management tool, encompassing many different people and departments of marketing. From designers to salesman, the software is easy to use, easy to comment and easy to upload big files. The software also notifies users via email when tasks are in their corner, with adjustable due dates.

Overall, Mintent has improved collaboration and coordination. It also keeps track of upcoming deadlines which has helped manage projects more effectively. Mintent makes it easy for our teams to collaborate in a single platform. Before we would have to share files back and forth through email or have separate conversations about revisions. Mintent allows everything to take place in the online platform. It's also easy to see the stage of a project, including if it's behind of schedule.

It helps with project management. It also helps our organization to be able to track our projects by audience, business objective, etc. I like that it holds team members accountable for their portions of projects. It is also helpful to see what our entire team is working on.
