Pros and cons

They are simply amazing. They push content and manage so much making it super easy, I pick up the phone or email and before I know it they have completed the task and beyond.
Overall we are very happy to be working with Screenfluence. Great value, great product, great customer service.
We customize the experience for each location and have the freedom to push different content to different displays at once. They are always polite, quick, and helpful if we require any assistance.
We notice customers constantly engaging with the screens as they make their way through our store. Even during weak internet signals, the screens never stop playing.
First-time set-up was a bit difficult to manage.
Had some problems with one of the monitor units, but they quickly sent us another one so we could get the monitor up and running.

Pros

Excellent ease of use and setup. Easy to add slides and order them and customize.

Cons

Sometimes the unit would reset and we wouldn't be aware. It would simply be displaying the Android desktop. It would be nice if the server could poll the client to see if the application was running, then if not, notify the user somehow, via email perhaps.

The experience has been superior since day 1. They helped develop multiple solutions for my organization. They customized their system to meet my needs and developed solutions based on my needs. They are simply amazing. They push content and manage so much making it super easy, I pick up the phone or email and before I know it they have completed the task and beyond.

The ease of use! Simple and reliable. It is point and click, no need for extended learnings or training.

Cons

There is nothing I do not like about this software.

Staying Connected

Customer service has always been available to help despite the wifi issues and remains friendly and professional to myself and my team.

Pros

Screenfluence's product is easy to use, easy to customize, and straightforward. The additional features, such as the exemption tool, make communications and media scheduling simple. I love that I can make updates and changes at any time, and my devices refresh quickly. I love this product.

Cons

One of the cons about the product is its connectivity to the Wifi at times. I am not sure what causes the hiccups, but the devices, not all of them, have a hard time connecting and staying connected to the Wifi.

Does exactly what we need it to do

Pros

We have used Screenfluence for the past two years to communicate with our employees. It is very easy to customize and use - we can push updates out to the displays instantaneously. We make updates to our displays several times a week. Our employees have responded very well to this method of communication - they see it and they remember what they saw.Any time we have reached out to customer support, we get a response quickly.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of - the system does what it says its going to do.

Fantastic Communication tool

Customer Service at Screefluence has been great and the program is easy to use. Employees have commented regularly how much they like the communication program we have implemented using Screenfluence regularly.

Pros

We have used this as a means of communicating with our floor employees. Positive communications are cycled daily and updated monthly. If there is something important they need to be aware of then that is put up only for a day or two.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of. Not sure what to say here but I need to fill it in

The software has been great.

Able to display information to the public.

Pros

Software does great job on displaying of images. Various files types is a plus. Easy to setup to display.

Cons

Not a lot of instructions on how to do different things. Also, would be nice if the player allows for ir connector to be plugged to it for hiding the player away from view. Difficult to restart player from website. Not compatible with IE. Would liked it if it allows for mpeg files.

Awesome Product

Great product. I use it for Memos, Policies and procedures, quotes, ect. Very easy to use and we update it weekly.

Pros

It is a very user friendly, self explanatory program.

Cons

It makes it more complicated that you have to save everything as a Jpeg.

The ability to have a streamlined communications channel across our dispersed workforce (corporate + manufacturing employees) and the ability to have central control while also providing unique control capabilities per location. At a great price!

Great Software and Easy To Use

Screenfluence installed three directory screens in a Medical building of ours downtown. People used to continually ask me what floors certain doctors were on and what room they were in. This has now been solved with the installation of our digital displays. The software has also allowed us to update tenant information immediately.

Overall, from initial sales call to deployment, things have been so simple. Post sales customer service has been quite good too.

Pros

The product is easy to deploy and even easier to manage.

Cons

To be fair, 1 media device is needed per display, which means a few more cables are needed and you will need some stuff to manage those cables and keep things looking tidy. This is a very minor issue if you are deploying a very new install, but you may require extra planning and equipment if you are replacing an existing solution.

Our patrons can now see more time specific promotions

Pros

We love the ease of use and functionality of Screenfluence. Having the ability to easily update our digital menu boards has allowed us to offer a wider range of options. Happy hour and other time specific promotions are now advertised to our patrons. We also really enjoy using the social media features which help people connect to our brand!

Cons

We required content management of our menus and videos which was handled perfectly. There would be nothing to list here

Easy to pickup and go.

Very responsive customer service. Media players have a tendency to drop offline frequently and the professional fix is to simply power down and power back up.

Pros

Screenfluence is relatively simple product to pickup and use with a good visual interface.

Cons

There are some functionally aspects that could be improved in the UX that would be more intuitive and save time and redundant steps.

We run the Screenfluence platform across several displays within our medical clinics. The information on the screens help educate and inform our patients. The interface is very simple to use which makes updating content quick and efficient.

Cons

It would be nice if we could connect our scheduling software directly to the screen in our lunch room.

Ease of use, customized playlists and advanced scheduling.

Pros

I have tried out a few different digital signage software solutions and the Screenfluence platform is the easiest and most effective by far. The players were up and running instantly and came with all necessary hardware in the box.

We really cannot think of any cons for this software, it works very well and does what we need it to do.

Quick and easy updates for board room meetings.

Pros

Easy to install and manage content. We are constantly updating the board room screen with relevant data. During a meeting we will show progress reports on current projects and completion pictures on finished project

I initially had trouble with the Instagram function, but the team at Screenfluence was very knowledgeable and helped me fix the problem
