What is Screenfluence?

Screenfluence is a cloud based digital signage platform that gives organizations full control over every screen in their network from a single browser based dashboard, accessible from any device, anywhere in the world.

The platform is built for both customer facing and internal use cases. On the customer side, organizations use Screenfluence for lobby displays, menu boards, promotional screens, way finding, and waiting room content. On the internal side, HR teams, operations managers, and internal communications directors use it for employee communications, recognition, safety alerts, compliance messaging, shift briefings, and production KPIs on the floor.

The internal use case is built around the desk-less and frontline workforce. Most of these employees never receive a company email or log into the intranet, so Screenfluence puts recognition, benefits and open enrolment reminders, and engagement content on the break room and lobby screens they pass every day.

For urgent messaging, an emergency alert can be pushed to every screen at once, overriding scheduled content instantly and targeted by location, building, or department. This is used for shelter in place and life safety alerts on campuses and for keeping safety and compliance postings current and timestamped across manufacturing sites.

Content is scheduled by time, day, date, location, or department, and role based access plus single sign on let multiple teams manage their own screens securely without affecting the rest of the network. Plug and play hardware connects to any screen in minutes with no technical installation, and content pulls in from the tools teams already use, including Canva, Google Slides, RSS, and live dashboards.
