Every collected data can be stored in Terrarium data storage very effectively, thanks to this you can use at low costs large volumes of data.

Every product can be improved and has some inconveniences. However, it is very important to listen to customer feedback and quickly fix malfunctions and improve good solutions. Synerise team is always close to every customers to improve product.

Synerise offers a variety of flexible pricing models that accommodate the growth dynamics of each client’s business. The costs are based on the number of interactions, or Data Points (DPs) of the client’s systems with the platform. Each Data Point represents an event registered by the platform e.g. a page visit, a recommendation shown, a pop-up, a transaction, emails sent, web-pushes etc.
Synerise offers three pricing and billing models:
Pay-As-You-Go: based on consumption measured by DPs in any corresponding period (a month/quarter)
Revenue-Sharing: the fee is a percentage-based honorarium and linked to the uplift in revenue resulting from the deployment of the platform features and functionalities.
Flat Fee: for enterprise clients who opt for a “fully-fledged“, on-premise, or private cloud installation.
