If not available the support team was always happy and creative to help out with ideas. Reporting functionality very intuitive and helpful for adjustment hints to the dialogue flow.
A few integrations with other apps were difficult to set up on my own at first.
The LoyJoy team is very supportive, accessible, committed and reliable. Great pleasure to work with.
The design of text (bullet points, fonts etc.) is somewhat limited due to compatibility with common messengers.
We are pretty happy and thankful for all the support, the easy to use platform and Loy Joy's ability to pioneer new ideas.
Some features were missing. Bute the team always found a workaround.
My overall experience with Loyjoy is outstanding. The Loyjoy chatbots really help generating a cool and also meaningful brand experience.
Implementation into native apps is not optimal regarding visualization.
Furthermore, I love working with the Loyjoy team. The have a very deep understanding of what they are doing and they are super supportive and reliable.

So far so good, I love using the platform to handle form submission on my website and it works well for my use case.
Missing informations about data protection (no data processing agreement possible, issues with GDPR).
The process from form creation to receiving submissions took a few minutes. I love how easy everything was.
It has stopped me from needing to build a whole backend for an otherwise completely static website just to have a contact form.
All in all its a great tool if you have static landing pages with forms on it.
The weak webhook integration. It only asks for a url with no ability to control the payload.
D love to meet the creators. The whole thing is very advanced.
I am not good a technical stuff if it is new to me. I had a hard time building a form quickly. I know most people would have built and deployed their forms in no time.
I'm glad I signed up for it and their customer service has been quick to respond when I've run into issues.
It saves huge amount of time by connecting the endpoints to integrate any kind forms.
Headlessforms eases development time and creates a great end-user experience.
It's a very customizable product and user friendly.

The software is quite expensive compared to competitors in the industry. They have a pricing model that charges you as you pass different thresholds for sessions.
The team also provides a lot of case studies and information that helps you create your own marketing campaigns. That's very useful if you're just starting out or if marketing isn't really your thing.
Nothing really other than my own highly unrealistic addons. I'm pushing it to its limit at the moment I'll probably get something to put my finger on in the future.
It has a broad appeal, which means that it is a great tool for all businesses no matter the size or level of ambition. You simply adjust your sleeknotes to your specific needs and requirements.
Some minor missing features, but I have spoken with Sleeknote about it, and they are on their way.
Recommend it, very complete and functional, even because they offer free trial.

The team are always very happy to help and great at communication. Set up was very easy and our enquiries blew up instantly.
When integrating Facebook and Instagram with the bot we struggled at first to be able to see messages that were archived in the chats which may have caused confusion with the team.
We love that it acts as a first touch and can also help answer a range of enquiries via automation responses. The Bot is fantastic for being there when we cant.
I can't think of anything negative. Chat Bots, in general, can be annoying sometimes, but this one isn't.
Our overall experience with Enquiry Bot has been fantastic. We went from Live Chat which was manually answered to this which now saves time/ staff hours and the whole process is slick and easy to use.
I personally do not feel like there are any features of Enquiry Bot that are negative.
They have been amazing to work with and offer great ideas and solutions, nothing is ever a problem for them.
Great support, great system, lots of opportunity to nurture leads and develop patient base.

I like the quality and the ease of use of Influx MD especially its tracking option. They have a very great support team.
When we pointed out errors that needed to be fixed, it was often responded to with finger-pointing the blame towards someone on our team.
I like the ease and quality of this software and the customer service is great. I appreciate the ease of tracking our new patient's information.
Our biggest concern (and ultimately the primary reason for terminating our contract) was the terrible customer service we received.
A few clinical sites that I was at used Influx, and it was rather useful. It is HIPPA compliant which makes data sharing seamless.
The only thing that has been missing for me, so far, is that the software isn't integrated with our Scheduling Software.
The Influx program is very easy to use and they have a great support team.
