All in all the user interface is really good. The customer support team is a real champion - very responsive, helpful and lightning quick.
There are so many configurations possible, that you can get a little overwhlemed, and lost in the menus and submenus.
One of the best popup and CRO tools available in the market. A lot of useful features, customization options, and awesome templates.
Bad support for fonts and right-to-left languages, hard to design.
But what I like the most is that you can make money with Optimonk. There are lots of special features, that allow popups to be personalized and triggered at the best moment and place.
There is no option to set the probability of the spinwheel.
My overall experience has been really good and would recommend to anyone wanting to try this for your website.
Certain customisations are not possible straight forward and need a workaround where you end up losing some in-built features.
I love the great built in designs, and drag and drop builder is cool as well.
Powerful app that comes with fair prices (including a totally free plan).

I loved the visualizations of the surveys you can create along with the ease of developing a survey that stands out at unique to participants. It is very easy to use software with a promising roadmap.

I do not expect any such product to be perfect and the team makes this an amazing overall solution.
Doesn't pull mobile numbers. Compared to competitors this is probably the worst product in this category on the market.
This is a great resource for us when identifying our prospects and also customizing our outreach to them.
Only linkedin leads are useless for me. I know you can filter by email, but when doing the demos, you don't realize that many of the potencial leads are only linkedin.
For the most part, my experience has been positive. I have been able to successfully get leads with the software.
If we need exact tech companies, was littlebit trouble to find all companies.

What helps us can cause some problems, the enormous numbers of filters, sometimes I got confused.
We have increased our SAL (Sales Accepted Leads) by 15% since we stated using Slintel because of great targeted approach to our Ideal client Profiles.
The Chrome extension is very useful and the platform itself is easy to navigate.
It has been an awesome journey so far. So much potential to acquire new customers.
