BrightEdge is an amazing enterprise solution with the best user support I've ever encountered. I love the platform and as well and the continuous feature improvements.
Very faulty keyword research tools with extremely inaccurate, buggy results- Autopilot integration was pretty bad. It ended up breaking our build and their internal teams had no clue how to fix it.
The folks at BrightEdge met with us weekly via webconference to review recommended action items to improve our SEO performance. They were always incredibly responsive and helpful.
The dashboard can be cluttered and the data reported in data cube can be different than the keyword reporting tool which can be confusing.
Software quality was superb. Data visualization was second to none, easy to "tell a story" with the data output from this product.
At times, the workflow module within BrightEdge Content can be frustrating.
Customer support team and tech support is great, they answer your queries patiently. I liked datacube and opportunity forcasting a lot.
The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] even sent an email to my boss's boss, trying to argue that the marketing team is making a poor decision.

The whole dashboard is super easy to navigate and the numbers allow me to see my ads performance holistically which is something I really appreciate.
Overall, the WooCommerce integration lags behind the Shopify integration at the time of writing.
I love their competitor analysis and how they seamlessly integrate with many applications.
There's nothing specific about the actual product that I don't like.
They continue to bring great insights on how to continue to grow our business successfully without wasteful spending unlike the dozen agencies we dealt with prior.
The only difficulty we had understanding is the cohort analysis.

This software is a powerful and easy to use tool, which is quite rare - I’m a big fan. Something I particularly like about Actito is how actively they are developing it.
The templates platform is very limited, with limited HTML knowledge getting stuck with no control over image sizes, padding set ups etc means that design options are limited.
One of the best features of Actito is the great possibility they give us to personalize the emails marketing.
The difficulty is bigger in the setup of the databases. I do think that some aspects could be made easier, they seem a little too difficulty with no purpose.
We like the easy way to create targeting, the time to set-up campaigns is very fast and to adapt templates without the need of html knowledge is great.
It could be more intuitive. Also, it's a bit basic (not a lot of advanced features and no AI integration).
Actito is an easy-to-use and affordable automation platform. I really appreciate the customer service : very reactive, professional and solution-oriented.
What I like about ACTITO is the fact that's it's easy to use, powerfull and has a large pannel of features.
I like the quick, intuitive user interface and admin modules. The delivery speed for large campaigns and the quick reporting functions offer a fast easy insight to results.

Defining the record border can be a little clunky. Sometime have trouble customizing the borders.
