We use the Enterprise EHS solutions to report a wide variety of events across our facility. Use of this system has allowed us to react to quicker to solve a variety of problems and it has introduced a level of transparency we did not have before.
Two things make Enterprise EHS on SharePoint stand out. Pro-Sapien solutions deliver the most value. Value not only considering the capital required for purchase but as important the time investment necessary to set up and implement. Secondly, the integration with Office 365 allows it to seamlessly become a part of the software suite we use everyday. This makes it very easy for our end users to become comfortable with the product very quickly.
Enterprise EHS is highly flexible and because of that we included functions that at the time sounded good but in reality turned out to not perform as we envisioned. But, with the assistance of their customer support we were able to modify those functions to make them better fit what we needed. Those self-inflicted issues added to the time and effort to roll out the product.

Working with the Pro-Sapien team I find them knowledgable and always there to provide support for us. They have a good core of colleagues that believe in what they do and this is therefore reflected in thier work.
Innovate has provided us with so much great and controlled functionality that it has become a key part of our business. I like the simplicity of it, the ability to quickly but accuratly input the details needed to take indicident or information forward and then review and investigate at multiple levels quickly.
I think as Innovate continues to develop more features to increase the flexibility and internal configs will become available but on occasion these need to be bespoke

Instant communications from site to site and instant trending through out dashboard. AS well it aids in holding teams accountable.
Ease of use! Its a great data collection software and very adaptable to adding other input data especially with respect to the action tracker.
Its light on reports! Other than the dash board (which is excellent) you have to get information out of the system by using excel and writing specific reports. Even if there was a caned report; type status and date report by date range that you could flip over into excel would greatly enhance the program. as well the print option does not provide a very profession looking document and there are no attachments. In my experience with other incident software providers I have been involved with quarterly meetings/conference calls; where enhancements, issues, successes etc. concerns would be discussed.

Very good experience and the technical support was really good with a very good response time.
The system has been developed taking user requirements into consideration. Customizing has not to difficult as long as it remains within the parameters of the system (like 4 levels). Easy to use and understand and it has a logical work flow to it. The training we received was really good and made it easy to follow the logic of the system. Technical support was very good. A good real-time system
Not any real cons to the system from my perspective.

Replacing Lotus Notes legacy systems with secure cloud based systems
For the user the whole integration is seamless and transparent with SharePoint O365 and Active Directory and our masterdata , for the IT back end it is secure and flexible.
Not really a con but you do need to know what you need and consultation with internal stakeholders is essential before you build and deploy
