The integrated Prestart app allows drivers to submit prestarts and fault reports in real-time, eliminating the risk of lost paperwork. To address compliance, Gearbox lets stakeholders facilitate the management of contractors and automates NHVAS mass and maintenance management compliance reviews.

Employee training, medicals, equipment issued, expirations, and non-conformance reports are handled within the Gearbox system. Parts and inventory can be managed across multiple sites, with features for purchase orders, stock adjustments, and transfers. Gearbox also connects to telematics systems for odometer readings and integrates with accounting software for purchase order processing.
