We've built our own middle-ware to cover any gaps that infoplus had, and their amazing API allowed us to do that.

User Manager add Triggers Speed: For some reason, those two pages are always very slow to load, and it can be very annoying when I have to create a few new users for a client.

We're able to do anything we want to, with the right amount of work. I have come across very few issues that don't have some sort of workaround by utilizing the API.The billing feature is also solid.

I would say the functionality and user experience is great in the system. I cannot think of any particular issues regarding navigation within the program.

They have a really good knowledge base and since their customer service is very untimely in their responses, this has been a life-saver. Need better employee tracking on Pick/Pack process.

Infoplus Definitely Gets The Job Done

It's about an 8 out of 10. It will be higher if you can fix your order processing issues when InfoPlus is undergoing maintenance or updates.

Just as an FYI, you can sign up for email/text alerts at status.infopluscommerce.com as we always push out alerts the day of and right before we go down for maintenance, this might help you stay on top of those better until we can systematically address the issue. Wishing for easier interface and more information

All items in Infoplus have an "open order quantity" along with 9 or 10 other quantity fields. I would advise getting with your Infoplus admin or reach out to our support team for more information. 

Shopify address changes are not automatic due to trigger and shipping information that gets applied at the time of order entry. If addresses are updated but carriers are not, it can cause issues downstream for the pick and pack team.

Great Warehouse Management Tool

Thanks for you feedback! I did want to let you know that there is a way to edit orders once it's processed, although I agree it's not super intuitive! To do this, you must use the "edit processed orders" function of the action menu (not the typical edit button). This will allow you to edit anything about the order, other than line items and quantity (since it's already processed). Hope this helps and thank you again for the review!

Thanks for your review. I'd like to point out that it is possible to allow duplicate line items on an order more than and that is per "line of business" setting. I would advise reaching out to your 3PL for more information!

I've used the software for more than 3 years now.  I haven't used many other similar systems and at this time wouldn't think about it either.

My journey with Infoplus

We migrated to infoplus during the snafu that was 2020. This allowed us to rapidly advance our picking capabilities while increasing our inventory visibility. Overall, we love this product.

As far as receiving against the same PO more than once, Infoplus users can accomplish that by adjusting the "max over/under" threshold per line of business, or per receipt. I imagine you had a threshold set that would close out the receipt anytime something was short.

Our last system was an in-house system, so getting rid of that meant we no longer needed to keep it on hand. It also means if we lose internet or power, our customers can continue to use the system without interruption. Super useful. For the most part, I'm a big fan of the system, just needs some little QOL updates here and there.

Thanks for the review! The "fulfillabilty" column details whether or not an order is fulfillable at that moment in time, not taking any other orders into account. I imagine what is happening is that other orders are being allocated before or at the same time, and the allocation of those orders then makes your current order not fulfillable.

Thanks for your feedback! You'll be happy to know that you can absolutely add or remove items from orders in our system :) As long as the order is not yet processed, you can edit any order and manipulate the line items. There is also an action menu option for editing line items that can be done via a pop up window so you don't have to go in and edit the order. Overall I had a great experience with Infoplus and would recommend them to anyone looking for a technologically advanced and reliable system.  Our operation was traditionally a pallet in, pallet out B2B distribution center but we've recently been shifting into the e-commerce and B2C market. Infoplus has been the perfect tool to help us make this transition. For one, their onboarding team has been awesome. They took the time to understand our unique needs and helped us develop the perfect process for our operation.  Prior to Infoplus it would take us a full day to fulfill 150 orders, with Infoplus it takes us a little over an hour  and we now have better quality control! We're very happy with our partnership and are looking forward to growing our business with them.

Rob C.:                                                Hi, I'm Rob. I work at GE HealthCare, and I use Infoplus for... As a predominant WMS, I give it a four out of five. Yep. Yeah. Before Infoplus, we were using just a rudimentary ERP, and it was very manual. So we started shopping around for WMS systems, we saw Infoplus. We did a demo with it, we liked it, and so we moved forward with digitizing everything that we're doing.
                                                       Yeah. We decided to go with Infoplus because the setups were quick and easy. They had a great navigation system throughout the WMS, moving forward and backward between pages. They had recently visited pages on the right, which made it fast and easy just to get to frequently visited pages very, very fast. Setting up the warehouse billing was nice and easy. They had usable charge codes. The queries were great. You could filter on them and see everything you needed to see with a click of a button. Direct carrier connections were also nice. We also utilized EasyPost as a TMS, but we could do direct carrier calls. And then the custom actions were simple to include and added a level of complexity if we needed to.
                                                       Well, it was very quick and easy. They have a lot of support docs online that you can reference. The only piece that we didn't like is having support through Infoplus, most of their support interaction is through email. You aren't able to really get on the phone with anyone, so that slowed things down. But other than that, it was pretty simple integration to our systems.
                                                       Recommendations. Some of the things that we were looking for in a WMS, we needed to make sure it could handle the order volumes. So just be realistic on what the volumes you're expecting to be coming in on the WMS system. Functionality, ease of setup, those are certain things that we look for within Infoplus, and we liked what we saw. We did decide to not go with Infoplus in my future company just because they couldn't handle certain volumes of order data. But other than that, I think they're great for a small to medium size company.
