Pros and cons
The online portal has been a fabulous experience for my clients which encourages them to use it more often. Drivers found the transition extremely easy to adapt to.
The customer support is amazing!!! Learning the software can be challenging but, with their great support and training tools we've been able to run smoothly.
Web portal for clients to enter orders is fantastic. Customer support is always responsive and helpful.
Integration is a major problem, the API is restrictive.
After 5 months of trying to get this system functioning we had to abandon it.
When we wanted to modify (modernise) the ordering portal, we could not. We were told there is no tracking number confirmation API.
