PlotBox is a cloud-based operations management solution built specifically for deployment by cemeteries, crematoria and funeral homes. Priced across scalable packages that comprise a suite of variable feature sets, PlotBox caters to SMB's and Enterprises alike with system access for three to an unlimited quantity of users. From here, PlotBox claims to uniquely integrate the previously separate functions of software and mapping to link plot records with the facility's physical, geographic sites. Users can intuitively ascertain inventory status, availability, plot stock and capacity at-a-glance, while customized reporting tools allow for filtered chart visualizations of deceased record data, sales and more. Other key main system modules include document and contract management, booking scheduling for arranging memorials, work order management, sales CRM and also public portal support. Cemeteries are able to make records available to PlotBox's public-facing website for the purposes of genealogy search and family history tracing services etc.

In addition, PlotBox App for iOS and iPad devices provides native tablet access to five feature modules. These include deceased records and plot searches for finding grave locations or deed owners, link plotting for mapping data to cemetery locations, plus the creation of wholly new plots.
