Shiprocket is an automated shipping tool and allows businesses to ship using Fedex, Aramex, Delhivery, Ecom Express, DTDC, etc. at discounted shipping rates. This platform includes features such as import orders, schedule pickups, ship to 29000+ pin codes in India, and also manage return orders in one place.

To help sellers select the best courier partner for each shipment, Shiprocket employs a machine learning-based data engine, CORE, that recommends the best courier service for every shipment. Furthermore, Shiprocket offers API integration that enables sellers to map orders directly from their website and process them through one single account. Shiprocket offers integration with over 12+ websites and marketplaces, including Shopify, Woocommerce, Bigcommerce, and Amazon.

The best thing about Shiprocket is the integrations which it supports right from WooCommerece, Magento, Shopify etc to its free APIs where custom solutions can also be integrated.

They just keep saying raise another ticket and wait for 2 days. This is fraud and just a way to irritate the customers so they don't waste time asking for money.
