The Better Software does a very good job of receiving feedback from their users and uses that feedback to help implement future projects and directions with the software.

I liked the interface and ease of use with the Better Software. Also their customer service was always quick to respond and super helpful.

Invoice and estimate tracking is nice and a good way to keep track of people receiving and opening those items. I like the ability to attach photos through the system for use in the quotes.

Great dealing with the staff and I like how easy the program is easy to use.

Cannot drag items in the cart. I wish it prompted you to select an address, we have made the mistake of using the default one before and sending crews to the wrong location.

I am not sure if it is how we have the system set up or if it is limitations based on our needs. BPro can be clunky and confusing.

Wow! Thank you for this amazing review. We absolutely love hearing comments about our great customer support.

This company was lovely to work with up until they took my deposit. As soon as money was in hand and we were actually using the system. Come to find out it is NOT efficient and was actually adding more time and steps to our already outdated process. They promised a refund which they never gave. When I disputed the charges they fought them. Horrible experience! 

Rip Off- Talk you into the functions that work then no return of money even if you can't use it!

1. The calendar you were using in June and July was completely re-done in August of this year has received great feedback. 
 
2. I know you were extremely keen to get started with the system but we did have a delay with receiving your customer and product templates. We have invested in new tools including a two-way sync with QuickBooks.

3. It's important for us to provide our customers with support from a real person which also has a direct cost.  We delivered 2 awesome one on one training sessions as well as phone and chat support.

4. We communicate our refund policy in several places because we want to be as transparent as possible.

I recently selected Bpro by the "Better Software Company".  After many hours of testing different CRM products available on the market, I found the software to be almost seamless in its function across different devices we use in the office or in the field.  Most OTHER products tested had very limited access or functionality on mobile devices.  With Bpro all the power and features available on a desk-top browser, are fuctional and accessible from almost any device you want to use.  The ability to control levels of access by user was a feature not all products offered but is available with Bpro.  The ability of the software to link to my Quickbooks accounting software has been huge time saving feature.  The software flows logically and is a simple tile driven interface. 

My personnel had no problem implementing the new software and switching over from old CRM.  The software is extremely flexible and customizable as well.  To make a long story short this is a well designed complete package CRM at an excellent price point. 

Sounds great right!  Well it only gets better...After a month now we have the system working seamlessly and it would not have happened with out the outstanding 5 star service and support offered by the team at "The Better Software Company".   My expectations for the level of customer service I receive is already ridiculous but I have been blown away.   The team at "The Better Software Company" have been, and are available almost 24 hrs a day to help us through this transition.  They have literally change the way I view customer service I provide to MY customers.  

If you are looking for the right software to help manage your company operations,  you found it!

Staff is extremely helpful.  I think the product is good and gets the basics done.  I would just like a little more usability as it can be a bit choppy at times getting through things, especially reporting.

The Better Software

Switching rental software was a very scary thought after being on one platform for over 20 years.  We made the leap and have been thrilled.  By far the best piece of this venture has absolutely nothing to do with the software.  The customer service provided to us has been far beyond my expectations.  Every single time we have needed anything we were met with an immediate response and solution.  I couldn't be more thankful to the entire Better Software Team for making this transition as smooth as possible.

Needs a lot of work for the price

Fernando G.:                                           Hi, my name is Fernando. I'm in the house cleaning business. I'm the owner of my company, and I would give Better a one out of five. We were looking at several products. One was a WorkWave from Marathon Systems. The other one was Service CEO, also from Marathon Systems. We also looked at Salesforce and some customizable applications, and ultimately we decided to go with Better. 
                                                       Ultimately, the reason that we chose Better was the easiness to use it and the capability of migrating the information that we had previously in our other CRM. I believe the accessibility for our field staff, our field operations to be able to access information through the application via their phones. 
                                                       Integration was actually fairly simple in terms of being able to get the information out of our previous database. It was very, very simple. The instructions were easy. They had onboarding managers, if you may, account managers that assisted us in the process with how-tos. They also had various training stages previous to the actual data migration, as well as actual using it through what I would call the beta usage before actually going live. 
                                                       They had some of our more experienced and legacy franchisees use the system first, and then we rolled out to the other franchisees and whatnot. So I would say in terms of training and onboarding, it was very, very simple. It was very easy. Probably a little bit too much training, to be honest. The system isn't all that difficult, to be honest, but they did a great job in terms of onboarding and training. 
                                                       I would say anybody that was looking at Better, I would really look into the length of contract that they would be trying to persuade you to engage in. I would look at various companies, there are definitely companies that do what Better does even better, pun intended, with significant less costs. So I would do the research and maybe use it for about a month and see if it works for your business. Then I would go month to month.
