Pros

What would I do without it: very helpful software!!!!! I invested a great deal of time trying out a number of task management software and Microsoft To Do what is the best.
Was Simple to navigate , very reliable and supported all devices. Used to have many great features in the free version.
Wunderlist is a great, fun, easy to use tool that keeps everyone on the same page, and allows for easy tracking of different tasks with different user and subtask options.

Pros

Super easy to use, powerful features, ability to invite guests for FREE, Great technical support, lots of video tutorials available.
ClickUp has some truly inspired design and feels lighter and more fun to use than many other management tools. It's easy to learn and new, useful features are consistently rolled out.
Great experience with the product initially I was a bit hesitant to use and recommend it because I did not know about the product at all but once I started using it I fell in love with it.

Cons

I hate that they took this app away. I did switch to another program but I miss Wunderlist.
I gave it a shot for a week and was disappointed in its lack of functionality.
The drag and drop feature is terrible and needs improvement. Editing tasks should also be simpler.

Cons

Too complex for an individual's needs, sometimes illogical, and a terrible android app is the icing on the cake.
After a few months I still get confused about the sapce/folder/list/task hierarchy and use the wrong terms when describing my "location" in the software.
Sometimes had an error when trying to make a new list and could not find any documentation about the error online.

Getting Things done with ClickUp

After Microsoft Outlook, OneNote and Asana its a delight to work just in one application. I am very satisfied.

Pros

The flexibility within click up is fantastic. Create spaces and projects according to your wishes, so that both personal tasks / projects and team tasks / projects can be managed in a good way. (Add customized fields, create your own statussen). Before I used Outlook tasks in combination with OneNote for a projects and Asana for the team tasks. I am a GTD user and now I have implemented everything within Click Up, one interface where all my tasks are centralized. In addition, the service is in full development and regular updates appear. I'm curious what else is coming.

Cons

I Use Click Up now for several months and from three applications I went back to 1 application, filling in all the wishes I had concerning managing my tasks. So there is not something that I dislike

ClickUp has been quick in updating their integrations and are consistently putting out improvements with occasional bugs that show up in the way.

Cons

ClickUp has a spreadsheet view that is still behind Google Spreadsheet and Microsoft Excel

Pros

Clickup is an all in all app for projects and task management. I keep track of the list of my clients and where each project is headed. It also helps me to watch the same project in different views which helps me to watch things in different light. Though my most favorite is kanban.

Cons

Different views are not connected. I used to love Microsoft planner which was available as part of my previous office's enterprise plan.

Quickly have an overview of open, completed and on-hold tasks. Involve your teammembers within projects using sub tasks.

Pros

Easy way to create tasks, assign them to collegues and categorize them. No software installation needed.

Cons

Some hick-ups appear when displaying tasks using Microsoft EDGE, but runs fine with Firefox and Chrome.

This App simplifies my my daily work tasks. Usually we use many more apps, I replaced them all with a single app (Clickup)

I have had a very nice and great experience with Clickup. It has ton of features to use and it seamlessly integrates with other softwares such as Microsoft Outlook, Gmail etc.

Pros

I have been using Clickup for more than 6 years and it has been of great help. It is one of the best tool for project management and it allows you to engage and interact with coworkers. I like how it allows me to manage, organize and plan my daily tasks with ease.

Cons

Clickup is amazing, robust and exceptional. Only that for new users, Clickup can be a little bit confusing to get started.

Pros

it's really easy to use. It's great that you can do everything in one window, making faster to use than open a window, check something, clone, open another, search a project, open....... I love the free plan, it's awsome to someone like me with a very small company.

Cons

the biggest problem to me it's not about the clickup itselfe, it's about the pricing... i'm Brazilian and the dollar is to expensive comparing to real... With that in mind my problem today is the storage size of the free plan.

Pros

My experience was good. They gave me a discounted membership and I use the software regularly.

Pros

Clickup does what it needs to do. For my company it provides a shared to-do with templates to help us get organized for large projects.

Cons

There are some appearance settings that revert for every new job, and have to be updated regardless of template or global settings. The notes field is very useful to me, but it's functionality is limited.

Great way to easily manage projects

Smooth, visually attractive and does what I need it to do.

Pros

Most task management software is very weak when it comes to project management. ClickUp has robust tools to handle both - eliminating the need to run two different software programs to get my job done!

Cons

I haven't run into any Cons with the software itself yet. The only 'downside' I've run into - and it's not an issue with ClickUp directly - is that the interface with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant seems a bit clunky. It would be nice to simply "take a note", say a sentence, and have it saved to a task in the Inbox. As it is now, there is a bit of a back and forth conversation that's needed to get something entered into ClickUp. Again, not a problem with the software, I would just like an easy way to enter a simple note while driving.

Clickup was the tool I wanted to have before I even knew about it

We use a multitude of platforms to do our daily work, and ClickUp allows us to keep track of everything and to know that we can always have the support of this tool to help us do our jobs better.

Pros

The ease of set up, it's intuitiveness when I think "It would be great for this to do *this" and usually I can do it. The customarily.

Cons

More apps and integration of apps for free accounts.

Complicated UX

The customizations one can do on the basis of daily scrums they want to run, it has been pretty useful for us who do things on a daily basis.

Pros

The n number of ways one can change views, add various columns all that work towards organizing things is amazing, this has helped the team a lot.

Cons

To add things for eg sub-task, the user has to himself search a lot of stuff. There are a lot of customizations, but to reach there users have to play around a lot of time, which conveys bad UX

Can't run my business without it. I recommend to everyone

The lifeblood of my business. There's no way I could do what I do without it. Because of Click Up, I'll be able to escape cubicle nation soon!

Pros

So customizable. No matter what system you're used to, Click Up has a view for it, whether it's docs, lists, tables, kaban (looking at you, Trello lovers!) gannet, calendar, or timeline, all in the same package with no extra plug-ins or add ons. The automations are the true magic. It's like a to-do list that makes itself for you!

Cons

I get mixed up with the different roles. I keep adding people and getting charged. The customer service is awesome and always helps me, but I wish the charts detailing the abilities and costs with different roles was easier to decipher so I'd stop making mistakes. I wish it would give you a warning pop up before adding another seat when you'll be charged additional.

Flexibility, friendly and professional look.

Cons

Difficult to say. I am very satisfied. I do not need very sophisticated functions, do not use teamwork tools...

ClickUp helps me with organising my schoolwork and to not forget what I need to do. I have been very happy about how I can now see in a glance what I need to do and when.

Pros

I like how you can customize many things and create new boards and projects that are easily accessible.

Cons

I don't like the layout of the details tab (I'm not sure what it's called put it comes up when you click on a task), I find it very confusing and could b laid out differently where everything is more cohesive and easier to look at.

Keeping track of a lot of balls...

ClickUp allows me to outsource the remembering and tracking of a long, complicated to-do list.

Pros

ClickUp offers a variety of ways to organize information, and break down schedules, processes, and tasks.

Cons

It's not a flaw with ClickUp as much as it is with me. The system can do so much that it takes time to learn it all. Because I haven't carved out the time to do that, I can only use the program at a very basic level. The good news is that it works at that level too. As I learn more about it, I'll be able to use ClickUp for more things.
