FitHive is an all-in-one fitness studio management platform built to help independent gyms and studios run their business, manage members, and follow up with leads without stitching together multiple systems.
The platform combines a website builder, CRM, scheduling, memberships and billing, class and personal training calendars, point of sale, check-ins, waitlists, payroll and timeclock tools, workout programming, nutrition resources, email marketing, two-way SMS, automated drip campaigns, landing pages, funnels, reporting, and optional AI-powered lead follow-up.
Because the website and CRM live inside the same platform, new leads can flow directly into FitHive for follow-up and automation. Studios can build nurture campaigns, communicate by text and email, manage opportunities, book appointments, and track activity from one place.
For day-to-day operations, FitHive supports class scheduling, personal training, membership billing, member check-ins, workout delivery, nutrition content, staff management, and business reporting. Studios can also use tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for marketing measurement.
FitHive is built for boutique fitness studios, independent gyms, CrossFit-style facilities, personal training studios, strength and conditioning businesses, and other fitness operators that want to replace disconnected software with one system and one login.
