Kahunas is a coaching and client management platform designed to connect the different parts of delivering and running a coaching service.

Coaches work from a central Workspace where they can review client activity, messages, check-ins, renewals and other areas that may need attention, then move directly into the relevant client, plan or conversation.

Client management brings together active clients, leads and team members. Each client has their own record, with Client Overview providing a current snapshot and Client Insights allowing coaches to explore trends and supporting data across areas such as training, check-ins, habits, nutrition and progress.

Training tools support reusable programmes, workouts, exercises, supersets and circuits, with multi-week programme building and different options for assigning and updating plans. Nutrition tools support macro targets, detailed food-based plans, reusable nutrition content and client nutrition tracking.

Coaches can also create custom check-ins and forms, manage habits, communicate with clients, schedule sessions, build trigger-and-action automations, organise reusable content, and manage packages, payments and revenue information.

Clients access their coaching through a mobile-friendly web experience where they can view plans, complete check-ins, log activity, communicate with their coach and review relevant progress information. Selected functionality can also be available offline once content has been synced.

Kahunas supports team-based coaching with role- and permission-dependent access, while consent controls apply to relevant client health and connected-data workflows. Supported integrations can bring external health and wearable information into compatible coaching workflows.

Additional AI capabilities are available depending on the coach's package and configuration. These include AI-assisted programme and nutrition drafting, AI Insights, conversational assistance and selected AI-supported client features. AI-generated outputs remain reviewable by the coach before they are used.
