I love having all of the information for a sport or club available in a single app. All of your important details like scheduling and documents can be shared through the app.
Whenever we encountered problems or needed assistance there was always someone from Team App on the end of the phone to take our call.
Ease of communication, able to input comprehensive information for members, easy for them to use, it really is an excellent app.
Not being able to delete multiple documents at a time is a real pain.
This platform has been an excellent method of effectively reach out target audience, creating an exclusive club community that has helped build rapport and reliability.
Communications is difficult; not always able to tell if you're communicating with the whole team, or only one member.
The ability to sell things in the same place has been great, and hopefully will still improve over time. Thanks to customer rep. from Team App for always being a huge help also.
The problem that Team App Helped me with was getting connected with those who did not have a phone in service or didn’t have social media.
I've used TeamApp for several groups, including my son's band, boy scouts, track team, and others. It's super easy to get your team setup and super easy for parents and others to use.
I like having the ability to view documents posted by our state administrator regarding updates about the sport.
The app is extremely easy to use and continues to improve (even though you think it couldn't improve any more) with new ideas, new analytic services etc.
It is easy to use, and is great value for money.

I am also impressed with the support we have received from TidyHQ thus far. The documentation is laid out very well and the team is very responsive and helpful when you ask questions.
It is the system and lack of support or backup or draft capacity that is useless.
Excellent and seamless adoption by members of management/admin team.
This is crucial when importing contacts from another system or a spreadsheet. This was a very manual and painful process with TidyHQ.
We highly recommend this product and your club will immediately see the benefits of it.
This is unwieldy and frankly looks unprofessional.
It provides a small not for profit organisation run by volunteers with all the tools to run it in one product. It is user friendly and extensive training is not required.
It can be confusing to use the calendar vs events.

Honestly, Fliip greatest strength is listening to us, their customers. I don't feel like a number and I have the impression that they are doing everything to help us as much as possible.
The only thing missing would be the option to pay staff based on commission.
I feel like the owners of fliip are reading my mind and made the best management software for me. The software is easy to use for me, my employees and my customers.
I am rather certain my issues with FLiiP are from my own ignorance. And, the class menu that appears when you hover over a class is large and usually in the way.
Visual is customize to our image and design looks great. As a manager I appreciate that our day to day tasks are all at one place.
I don't think the payment portion is completely smoothed out yet. It charged me twice once month.
Onboarding and overall experience with Fliip has been great.

I created my own account and designed it specifically for my needs. I have had great support from the RhinoFit Software team, they are always polite and helpful.
Sales process was the worst I have ever experienced. Customer service follow up was the worst I have ever experienced.
I find RhinoFit to be very helpful and gives me great control over managing my customers. Customer service is superb.
Overall this company stressed me out and the customer service was terrible.
I have been using this for 8 years. It has been great for running my CrossFit gym.
That was why we went with Rhinofit and it is disappointing that there are issues with it.
It is fairly easy to use compared to other software I have tried. This is important when getting other staff members to use it too.
My gym members complain about signing into class beforehand because the app is hard to navigate and it is really hard to use the calendar.
Rhinofit is cost effective and delivers what it promises.
The software on-boarding never happened, the shipment was over a month late, and I was misquoted and over charged for my hardware.
I like the automated emails when bills are overdue or when members have not come to class. It is easy to add products to sell and change the memberships around.
We have to set up our appointment slots in blocks of 10 minutes. However, once you do that the visual on the calendar is very difficult to see which time slot you're selecting.
I've worked with mindbody, zen planner, and another software. So far this is the best and much cheaper.
Very good software, easy to use and understand, just wish that I could make little adjustments to the styling so it fits my website when integrated better.
It has useful tools for managing schedules - both group and private training, student management, workout of the day, and payment processing - for tuition and item purchase.
Customer support is always nice and helps with the training but the fob readers don't work on one door and the other is on and off.
Online reservation is rapid and easy for the member, member profil is complete with benchmark and a lot of information.
When I pointed these things out my rep promised to make things right, but the company pulled my rep away and reneged on that promise. I have invested 3x what I was initially quoted.

This software is great for helping to keep your team up to date on schedules and communicating with parents.
It is the worst app I have ever used and I use hundreds of them.
I liked that our competitive swim team had a platform designated just for us, but that's about it. It looks nicely organized.
I found the communication piece (chat, messaging, emails) to be very confusing. It was tough to know which one you were sending and whether your message would be private or not.
I love how easy it is to keep track of both of my son's upcoming games, practices and scores. I can update their status to either attending or declining their attendance with a quick click.
TeamSnap was a bit disappointing and I think could use an update or new features to make it worthwhile.
It also looks a lot better than me just writing it and posting a picture, and parents see it as a professional tool and definitely feel they are getting their money's worth.
Even if its a quick question, there is no one to speak with.
Availability settings make tracking attendance easy. Invoice features have improved and makes it easy to collect funds.
They get away with it because I doubt very seriously if anyone uses their software full time, including their customer support.
The cost of this product is great for the amount of information you can quickly manage your team.

I do think that for general user the website is intuitive and user friendly so it’s been good a good change overall for our league members.
The scheduler is the one piece of the software we continue to struggle with. Much of this is because we are utilizing it in a way it was not initially considered.
We compared this against 5 other platforms, and this was hands down the best solution at the right price. Couple that with the amazing customer service, and CrossBar is a homerun.
Cat or not(We offer discounts to our members) what position they are...goalie, forward, defense so we can cut off registrations once a particular position in a particular age group is full.
The ease of setting up our site, quick response from the support team, and ability to setup and collect payments automatically have all been great features for us.
Maybe open 2 windows to cut n paste across teams.

From a managements perspective, I have found it’s missing a lot of functions that we previously had that are important.
The ease of use when setting up web pages and clean aesthetic is what I like most.
Registration is a breeze and there are so many great features including the schedule, ease of subscribing to family calendar, and sending out communications to the club or smaller groups.
The customer support is the best. The phone/computer view is good.
They are very receptive to feedback for improving the user experience and are quick to work with me to resolve any issues that arise.
So far we are very pleased with our relationship with Crossbar.
Crossbar eliminated a lot of the hassels we had with our old system. The support we received setting everything up was fantastic.
The information it provides at a glance with its customized dashboards is great. The email that some out are so much more organized.
It’s very user friendly, visually pleasing, cost effective, with ongoing customer support.
The family schedule has also been a welcome feature that easily integrates family schedules with mobile device calendars.

The customer support is the best. The phone/computer view is good.
They are very receptive to feedback for improving the user experience and are quick to work with me to resolve any issues that arise.

Crossbar eliminated a lot of the hassels we had with our old system. The support we received setting everything up was fantastic.
The information it provides at a glance with its customized dashboards is great. The email that some out are so much more organized.
It’s very user friendly, visually pleasing, cost effective, with ongoing customer support.
The family schedule has also been a welcome feature that easily integrates family schedules with mobile device calendars.
Ease of Use for administrators and users. Also rapid response to questions.
I do think that for general user the website is intuitive and user friendly so it’s been good a good change overall for our league members.
The scheduler is the one piece of the software we continue to struggle with. Much of this is because we are utilizing it in a way it was not initially considered.
We compared this against 5 other platforms, and this was hands down the best solution at the right price. Couple that with the amazing customer service, and CrossBar is a homerun.
Cat or not(We offer discounts to our members) what position they are...goalie, forward, defense so we can cut off registrations once a particular position in a particular age group is full.
The ease of setting up our site, quick response from the support team, and ability to setup and collect payments automatically have all been great features for us.

What I like the most about Reservio is how user friendly it is. From the UI standpoint, it is very clean, organized and well thought for the user.
Using this service for 2 years, from time to time it fails to synchronize with the Google Calendar and then lets your customers order on the dates you are already full, which is very annoying.
The ability to book in my facility has been great, definitely it is something to consider if your company wants to have a better service with clients. It is a must get software in my opinion.
Something that has been annoying me quite a bit is that we are allowed to create accounts for some customers, but there is no apparent way for them to log in.
It's a clean and well designed app with good UX so the experience is good. It's relatively simple to use yet powerful in its function.
Paid for the software and it still won't send sms confirmation. Tried customer service and no response.
I am happy to use reservio, also customer service is nice and ready to help. We used it for events, to maintain pandemic rules (to have some amount of people on event).
There is nothing I can think of that I don't like.
