Software integrations form an indispensable part of the IT strategy of most businesses. Not only do they foster seamless information flow between applications, but they also boost process efficiency, increase data visibility, and consolidate disparate information sources. 

When it comes to integration potential, not all software solutions are created equal. Some tools are clear winners and can integrate with a variety of solutions, while others integrate with only a handful. 

Analyzing products specifically for their integration capabilities can be labor-intensive. To save you time, we compiled a report to help you access relevant integration data for community software.

With this report, we want to help you find a community tool with strong user-reported integration capabilities. We analyzed integration data for some of the highest-rated products on the market and compiled our findings into this report. On the grid, products are arranged in increasing order of their overall ratings (bottom to top) and integration scores (left to right). That means products higher up on the grid have higher overall ratings and products toward the right have higher integration scores. Therefore, products in the top right zone of the grid rank higher in overall ratings as well as integration scores compared to other products on the grid.

It can be challenging to figure out which tools a software product integrates with. Software providers may not explicitly mention this information on their product websites, or it may be buried on a webpage. 

In this section, we look at the specific integration capabilities of GetApp’s Integration Leaders in community. 

For these top-rated products, we’ve built a matrix table that shows which apps users most commonly say they integrate with each product. This allows you to compare how well our Integration Leaders in community play with popular apps such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage Intacct, Netsuite, Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Salesforce Sales Cloud, HubSpot CRM, Dynamics 365, Chime, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, PrestaShop, and Adobe Commerce. We’ve divided these apps into the three categories that surfaced most often in user reviews: accounting, CRM, and eCommerce.

According to the data collected from user reviews—software users disclose the various apps they integrate each product with and other publicly available sources—Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, Constant Contact and Klaviyo are the email marketing solutions most commonly integrated with community software and, therefore, have been used for comparison.

• Document Management: The table below highlights document management tools that integrate with the products featured in our Integration Leaders in community report. According to the data collected from user reviews—software users disclose the various apps they integrate each product with and other publicly available sources— Google Docs, Microsoft 365, Confluence, and Quip are the document management tools most commonly integrated with community software and, therefore, have been used for comparison.

• Project Management: The table below highlights popular project management tools that integrate with the products featured in our Integration Leaders in community report. According to the data collected from user reviews—software users disclose the various apps they integrate each product with and other publicly available sources— Asana, monday.com, ClickUp, Airtable and Smartsheet are the project management tools most commonly integrated with community software and, therefore, have been used for comparison.
