Good application for cashier duties and generating reports.
Customer supports helps fast and easily.
In exporting data, for example, some details of the items are mixed up or it doesn't appear. We downloaded the list of items that we have, and the fixed cost of some items doesn't appear on the file.

Its a great experience with POSist so far.They are providing all the required feature to manage the operatons. Also we are geeting regular update for new feature without any cost. POSist implementation team is helping us with all the query
-Mobile and Tablet ordering -Analystics report for Billing operation -To manage the employee records - Easy to use forKOT punching -Easy to apply offers -Easy to Open and close the operation -Easy to settle the Bills -Easy to manage the Data base for Menu items and all the selling product

Exceptional. Yet to fully implement every feature, but we are getting there. We were a very informal setup before POSist, and I wanted to choose a software that will be with the company for life. Seeing the scalability POSist offers your brand, I still believe I have made the right choice.
The software is constantly adapting to further simplify the needs of the industry. What I like best is the customizable nature of the software; POSist is always ready to tweak the product to fit your need. The support team is incomparable and efficient. The kind of reports accessible to us have helped us cut costs, and reduce our menu. POSist taught us that more than half our menu wasn't even contributing to 10% of our revenue! The software is great but the people are better...
It's slightly more expensive than a regular software, but is definitely worth it. The implementation was not very smooth, and too last minute. This was mainly because hardware specifications weren't cross checked. But that's all water under the bridge.

Its a great experience so far with POSist and hoping the same in future as well. We are getting all the new features free of cost and best part is they are creating feature as per the business requirement. Ease to use for new staff.

Swiggy Integration needs some improvement Option to see the live sale for table on mobile phone is not available

I would simply say, excellent product and its support 24x7. I woul give 10/10.
Easy to use, Easy to configure. Very less expensive, Excellent reporting features Excellent restaurant and banquete features. Excellent Service and Support from its technical team. The support team follows up on a timely basis if any complaint or request raised. Overall I would like to give this product 10/10. Excellent training providers. They don't say drop a mail or raise a request on the service desk if I ask any time to support. Any time I call, I get support on call then and there for anything related to POSist. Very helpful and supportive people.
Not faced yet. I did not face any issue or any thing which i dislike or like least.

Almost everything at our place is done with the help of Posist so we really have benefitted from their product.
We really like the Posist software as their team is very good and helps us every time we need any support from them.
The pricing is a little high but it seems worth the quality of services they provide.

We are using Posist to punch orders at 20 Food Court outlets and using 10 counters to issue and recharge food court cards.Reports are generated very easily in one single click.
We are using Posist for the first time, but i must say it's very easy to use and configure.We are able to setup the menu of 20 food outlets in swift and that too in one single upload.Vishal from Implementation helped us to setup and configure everything at site and he has been very helpful during the entire process from setting up the hardware to staff training.
The backend could have been more user friendly, it's slightly confusing at times when we have to change price and add items simultaneously because items are added at brands and bulk price change tab wise can be done at cluster level.

We bought this Software thinking that it would help and ease our Pizza operations, but when asked for adding partial discounting, the company has spent near 1 year without a solution. Customer Service is available on-call, but the delivery is ZERO... Most modules come at additional costs, which makes this software expensive, yet in-effective. I am planning to move to some other Software for our Dine-In, Take-Away & Deliveries and KOT features, which POSIST is charging extra. Wanted something easy for our NEW Food Trucks... but... Cheers! Team Eat Street Pizza
