I like the most that i can go on to my schedule at any time and make my appointments it makes it very friendly to myself as well as my clients.
That on my mobile APP i cannot look up my report for my service sales. I Like to check my report from time to time to see how close i am with my goals.

I am a permanent cosmetic instructor. I make sure I tell all the students about Vagaro! it is so as easy to use and has all the features needed to from promotions to appointment confirmations to payment service all in one.

A little slow uploading on my iPad. Could be my internet/wifi connection but works great on my iPhone.

I have used this app now for almost 2 years, and absolutely love it! I am much more organized, and know where my profit and loss is at any time of the year, due to the very well organized and designed reports.

Personalization, schedule color code, inventory, advertisement, different payment options. great on emails and sms messaging my clients for appointments and reviews!!!,
No new clients from Vagaro but I'm subscribe to get help with potential clients from Vagaro. Logged into my website from my dell computer the schedule appointments I have outside my work hours I can't access it to check in my clients. I can only check in my appointments I have scheduled after hours on my iPhone 7 plus.

You can schedule appointments, classes, and you can even create a store to sell products online! It is convenient, cheap, and you get everything you need to help manage your business.
I wish it synced with my google calendar so my schedule would show up right in my phone. However it is not that big of a deal to just go into the mobile app for access to my calendar.

I always know what my book looks like from any iPhone. I set my alarm clock to Vagaro. And my customers love the reminders. It's great software at a great price.
It doesn't sync up with my cc processor, my inventory...and it doesn't track employee hours and commissions.

I love that the software sends out texts reminders. My clients think that I just remind them all the time and I just don't have time for all that. I like the fact that I can easily look at my day and know when I have a color and when I have a cut just based on the color of the appt.
It's really not the software but more so the different set up on my computer compaired my phone. Sometimes I get confused when I get on my computer and things are located differently on the main screen. It takes some getting used to when I enter my inventory.

The ease of operation and the price are my favorite things about my Vargaro. I have recommended it to several other business owners & complimented the way it has changed my business scheduling for the better.

I have been using this program for over 3 years and haven’t ever had an issue with it crashing or losing my clients info!
Easy to use for booking clients, and keeping track of client files. I love the automatic text reminders that it sends my clients!
I wish vagaro would have the text reminder sent to my customers using my phone number, so they can reply if they need to cancel. Often, my customers think it’s a “spam” text and oversee it.

I am very happy with my Vagaro account for running my business and collecting payments.
I like how easy it is to book appts and maintain a customer list.
The layout on my desktop computer is not my favorite. It still works just fine but sometimes it's easier to use on my phone, I think if I had a MAC the layout would work better.

My overall experience has been great. I can't imagine doing business without it.
The features that I like most are convenience and tracking of business appointments, products, and profit.
It seems as if I can not access as easily on my phone as my other devices, but it still works okay.

I have been using Vagaro for several years now, and I wouldn't switch to any other salon software. Vagaro is very easy to use, and it allows my clients to book with ease. I love that it keeps track of my money and cost to my business. It is the best salon software I've used.
it allows online booking, and has an app for my clients to book through. It sends text reminders for appointments. I love that it allows clients to purchase gift certificates.
I would really like to be able to send out mass texts, and emails to my clients from my Vagaro pro app.

This software made setting up my next haircut easy. I chose a time that worked for me, my barber verified, and we were good to go.
I didn’t receive any notification that my request was pending. I wasn’t sure if it was received until I received my confirmation.

Your system made me feel more free from being chained to the office, and my employees feel the same. Very professional relay system to clients, LOVE the reminders to them too. GREAT GREAT GREAT customer support. Hats off in that department, and I love the cute tutorial cartoons too!

It sucked, PERIOD. Nothing but issue after issue after issue. Payments being frozen for no reason, switching to different merchants and then not allowing me to see where my customers money is when they ask for a refund, it’s really wacky and totally a waste of my money, can’t believe I bought this for the whole year, and I still don’t mind wasting 5 months of money, and purchasing Vagaro, because it made my LIFE easier, and that’s what this platform needs to focus on. They made running my business almost impossible. I would NEVER recommend this, even to a rookie.
The only good thing about this platform is the nutrition and workout tracking capabilities, but if you’re a pro with that already in your toolbox and you need an efficient scheduler, this is the farthest thing from efficient since the telephone wheel.
I hate hate hate, how unorganized this company is, they straight up lost my customers payment and then told me that I will just have to wait around to see when the funds deposit.... this is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard, I should ALWAYS BE ABLE TO TRACK MY REVENUE no matter what! Their customer service is sub par, and the calendar is completely terrible, I’d pick Vagaro.com over this any day of the week. I’ve mad more money in my first month of using Vagaro then i did with pt hub in the first 2 months of use. Because Vagaro allows you to scale your business, this is for people who barely make any money, barely have any clients, and just getting started in the private training business. If you’re a vet, don’t waste your money on this, go to Vagaro.
