We love the system, easy usage, great for training staff on register. Have recommended to others for their businesses.
If the tech had contacted me when the problem started I would have been able to got the issue straightened out. I was livid about the lack of contact or concern with letting me know.
I find Vivonet user's friendly and with very good customers care services. I can usually do all the information and reports pretty easily.
We are also really upsetting customers and losing sales since we can not redeem or load any gift cards because of settings that the card company needs them to deal with.
It's easy to get assistance and most issues are solved and handled quickly. The wait time is very reasonable , and the help line tech's are courteous and knowledgeable.
The load times for the reports can be frustrating, no report available for separate meal times.
I absolutely love this system. It's ease of use and the prepopulation of most of the products we use in the database.
Not only that every month I receive an invoice for 85 dollars but i was charged 90 some amount. Over all I am very unhappy and have nothing good to say about or to the staff of vivonet.
I think its the ease to use and the forever updating and improving of your product.
There are no managers, no people in charge to help navigate this and we are slowly being buried by this.
Just keep up the great work and super response time.

Overall, we truly enjoy working with Appetize and we love the support teams/people that we have had on site during our events. They are knowledgeable and willing to do anything to help us.
If you buy the cheapest hardware that Appetize will run on, it may have issues. If you do buy the more expensive hardware, you instead have to worry about securing that hardware itself.
We love the fact that the front end of the software is so user friendly and easy for our vendors to use. It is straightforward, simple, and clean.
Ve never ran into an issue that didn’t have a reasonable/temporary work around. It seems that with every new version that is released a problem is solved but a new problem is created.
It is a fantastic piece of software, and the hardware is easy to install and implement. The account managers are passionate and hardworking.
THE SYSTEM IS THE PROBLEM. We have a 7 year veteran employee and others who are seriously considering quitting over this POS.
The people at Appetize are really great to work with and have a lot of experience in our industry. The software is well suited for concessions and in seat service.
Some lack of full service bar and restaurant features.
Ease in implementation and Great communication with support.
Set-up: Printer cable is hard to attach/detach. Software can be slow upon installation.

I love how wonderful the customer service is. If there is ever an issue that are quick to remote in and find a solution.
First installed system in 1988. Went through many problems including company bankruptcy, no support, re branding, and upgrading.
It's easy it impute menu changes and 86 anything that you've run out of for the day. IF your a restaurant that makes changes to your menu daily, this system is an amazing help.
It will freeze up sometimes and when it does it can sometimes be a pain to reboot.
Squirrel is always on top of their game by providing updates and upgrades. I have used Squirrel for 15 years and find it to be the best POS out there.
It would take a book to go over all of the problems with this system so i will be short.
This is one of very best database software I have ever used to maintain my tables and queries. It is just so easy to handle with easy simple scripts.
Service from Boston branch became non-existent but still paying 400 per month for support. Company's attitude became arrogant.
I like that I can see my reports throughout the day and see where our sales are at. I like that I can do payroll, daily and monthly reports all on the same system.
Not very intuitive for new staff, and the tickets are very hard to read.
Nice interface, ease of use, and easy to solve problems that may arise.
Quite a bit of information can be entered/customised with the software, although it's difficult to get it exactly the way you want it. It's also nice that it has multiple currency options.

The iConnect team was very responsive to all my requests, I've been very happy with the system so far. I love that they provide a free companion iPad app as well.
Online system and in store system disconnected almost daily causing chaos with lost orders and missing tickets.
Their inventory management system is awesome. It's definitely a good fit for retailers such as myself.
I was charged 4 times for the purchase and could not get a return phone call regarding this. It constantly shuts down and the hardware they say it will work with is false.
Easy to find items on the register if the barcode does not scan. The loyalty program is great since it can also track receipts from prior purchases to know what the customer previously purchased.
Having to have special log-ins for each of our locations to do inventory. Letting the inventory count go into the negative even when you have this feature turned off.
Easy to use and customer support is great specially Thomas& eayl also Ryan. We get all the reports we need is on our fingertips we love.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I notice there are alot of positive reviews about this company , and I also notice they are all quite old, not from anyone recently.
Look at their features vs the price. Iconnect will be the winner.

The iConnect team was very responsive to all my requests, I've been very happy with the system so far. I love that they provide a free companion iPad app as well.

Easy to find items on the register if the barcode does not scan. The loyalty program is great since it can also track receipts from prior purchases to know what the customer previously purchased.
Having to have special log-ins for each of our locations to do inventory. Letting the inventory count go into the negative even when you have this feature turned off.
Easy to use and customer support is great specially Thomas& eayl also Ryan. We get all the reports we need is on our fingertips we love.
