Easy to set up and use. My marketing company is the one who recommended this product.
I found it a little hard to navigate myself but I haven't spent a ton of time on it.

If I could not use it, I would be happier. But it’s inevitable these days, and to get value I have to additionally pay for 4 different softwares that enhance navigator experience in terms of value added. Customer support never available on time
You just have to have it these days. Though it sucks
Where do I begin? LinkedIn Sales Navigator is impossible to use without integrations for contact data enrichment and CRM. I hate that it is a must these days, but it offers very little value and terrible reporting on its own.

When using it MM found many WA and PNW fans to join our hockey charity. Was good
We had a volunteer put us on Linked in. The tracking hockey fans and new donors is impressive. We are growing with Navigator help finding support and raising funds
It’s hard for more than one volunteer to access info. We lost our leader who quit and lost access

The thing I like the most is the fact that we can set up alerts on the "alert settings", allowing us to track when a lead started a position in a new company, notice when someone is mentioned on the news and when a lead has engaged with our companies' post. It's also great to see the predicted level of interest in our company. The InMail feature is good for cases in which they don't accept our connection request. The last thing I'd like to highlight is the possibility of having an intro made by a common connection between me and a new contact.
The feature I like the least is the "recommended leads", since it's not that accurate. It happens quite often to have suggested leads from companies that are the opposite of what we are looking for.

As LinkedIn is the main professional platform currently, it is quite hard to not provide Sales Navigator to the Sales Team of a company. Our Sales Member are heavy users of the platform and can't live without it.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a efficient tool to connect with the right leads and create relationships. The platform also helps me the sales team to create lists with the targeted people and companies. The InMails are amazing to reach people who are not directly connected to a certain user.
The platform is quite expensive and I LinkedIn has been implementing important limitations in lower pricing plans. Also, the Salesforce integration doesn't push the entire InMails exchange.

The indepth info provided by Sales Nav is phenomenon and its a gold mine for any inside sales teams. It makes the team work more easy to identify their target industry and snip them accordingly. Our account rep, Ankit Jain is just a call away to help discuss any kind of issues, inputs and always helpful in providing the industry insights.
None other then the expensive pricing. Sales Nav is a premier product and its easily affordable to early startups.

Overall experience is very good I am using LinkedIn Sales Navigator account since 2015.
It's filter option. We get many filter options on LinkedIn Sales Navigator account.
We don't get direct contact detail like email id or contact number.

Everything is really great. The functionalities, the user friendly features and UI along with partnerships with different kinds of tools makes the overall experience very precise and personalized for a user.
All of the things, whether it is maintenance of leads/accounts or any other data or even prospecting over different industries and geographies at just a click of a button. Helps to reach a larger segment of the market, helps find the right prospects and increases conversions and reach out at th right time to them. Additionally, you can combine the usage with different existing sales tools to enhance the experience to another level for a sales guy.
Some mid tier/ companies in remote locations sometimes might not contain the relevant information for prospects part of that industry/organization

It has made my life easy in terms of finding new prospects and then apart from this I get to know what is happening with my set of accounts. How much they are hiring, are they showing interest in my product, what new is happening in selected organizations?
The first and foremost thing is that it is the directory for the corporate world. Like in previous times, there was a big book of yellow pages, now the same thing is Sale Navigator but with better utilities. You can find prospects, connect with them, find a job, raise your voice, get engagement, ask for mentorship, and what not.
Sometimes the new features introduced are not easy to use. Like the recent update ask me to click multiple times for putting a filter which is time consuming.

I’ve been using LinkedIn Navigator since 2015 and it’s only gotten better. The filters for prospecting are very accurate and very advanced. Once you save a list LinkedIn Navigator automatically adds people with similar titles and roles. I’ve never gone back into a list and had the same contacts, I’ve always had additional leads that I could chat and connect with.
The only thing I would suggest possibly adding a keyword section where the information does not HAVE to be in their title but then again it probably already exists.

It was highly affective tool. Feature like saving the leads & search criteria saves time & hassle free for generating leads.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator is the best tool I have ever used for lead generation & for marketing our business. It haves an wide range of filter options which will allow us narrow down deeply to find the exact lead for the business. Options for saving the searches & leads are highly effective.
It was a great tool but but it would awesome if some more features in filter option can be added like previous company location, Academic year.

The advanced filters. Being able to use some extra parameters when filtering and trying to find the ideal person to talk to is great
The fact that most of the time I can't get access to email addresses and phone numbers, which obliges me to wait for a response on linkedin instead of being able to actively reach out via other mediums (InMail solves part of that problem, as it also goes to the prospects' email inbox, but still underwhelming.

I think LinkedIn sales navigator is the no. 1 professional network for prospecting leads and finding the lead contact information that helps me to get valuable information for sorting out sales leads and others. Amazing!
LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a terrific tool for generating sales leads. It includes excellent capabilities for locating the majority of potential leads, such as customized search strings and other variable filters.
There are no complex subjects that I dislike. However, the subscription charge is very exorbitant; therefore, lowering the rates would be a fantastic idea.

I've started a number of fruitful conversation with people I've met on Linkedin. I think overall its worthwhile working if you have a methodology.
The Sales Navigator platform works well assuming that the people you are searching for are users. It's great at finding professionals and corporate leads and finding out background information on organizations.
Since the data is user supplied, the accuracy and breadth is dependent on the users or their social media teams. I don't think organizations update their Linkedin info as frequently as other social media platforms.

Our company wanted to find out new contacts or leads to target and promote our products and services to, our sales team used sales navigator and filter out contacts based on their job titles, location and industries.
The best thing about sales navigator as per my previous and current experience is the ability to filter every contact that needs to be added in the sales lifecycle by its location, the current role and company size. By doing so we manage the sales qualified leads and opportunities
LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a very powerful tool but there is a drawback which is that the data of the prospects only comes from LinkedIn - And the emails of prospects are sometimes private "Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, etc" Which becomes a problem as prospects don't like to be contacted on their personal emails

Good platform but very expensive. Also, it does not provide instant results. It takes time to build credibility with prospects through continuous engagement and then get business results.
This is the best tool to find, reach and build digital engagement with the target audience. It's very productive for B2B businesses like ours who do a lot of targeted and segmented marketing. It provides great business results just after Google Adwords. - We use it for business development and getting qualified leads - It provides a global database of key decision-makers of companies. - We create lists of our prospects for better nurturing - Very effective for engagement and networking - Helps in targetted marketing & order conversion
It is very expensive. There's no customer support available from LinkedIn Team over the Phone. We need to raise tickets for any issues & they take their own time to provide resolution. They must provide support through Chat & Phone Calls also. Most of the contact numbers & email ids are personal and at many times inmail message sent to prospects through the Sales Navigator tool goes unnoticed and unread.

Superb. Actually, the thing I love is that they are improving it very fast and It is actually very helpful.
Of course, LinkedIn is the most updated business database but now it also has the ability to highly segment your target leads in the list and notify you so that you can make a move ;) They even upgraded the InMail count to 110 from 60, which is great. I love the insights section tells me how fast a company is growing and how their team is structured.
Their automatic decision-maker selection is not very good. They have made a separate inbox for sales navigator so if you stop paying, your conversations are not accessible.

This tool is essential if you spend a significant amount of time on business development. LinkedIn is by far the best way to connect B2B, and Sales Navigator allows you to go far beyond LinkedIn's basic features.
Finding the right people to connect with in an organization is the best part of Sales Navigator. The search function is useful because it allows us to drill down into specific market segments as we build business development contact lists. It's short and simple, with information about the company, decision-makers, employees, and recent LinkedIn and other activity.
While the information is generally accurate, some searches return results for people whose profiles are outdated. A way to sort by the number of contacts would be helpful in the search function. People with few LinkedIn contacts, in my experience, are not active, and it often ends up being a waste of time vetting someone only to discover they aren't involved, which means it won't be an excellent way to connect. It's also a little on the pricey side.

I love the platform. Out of the competition, this is the best one!
You get access to the best people, the best innovators, CEO's, CFO's, you get advice and you can connect, share, discuss business development, make business happen.
The Price! It's too high. And the filters for messages, they lack them completely.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator is one of the best B2B sales tools in the market. Its greatest advantage is its user base. It has got most of the top-level people in the company as well as the bottom-level people of the company. I personally love the few options like Alerts on our leads, smart link & lead recommendation. Overall is a great product for all the sales folks for lead generation and relationship building
1. Smart Links (Analytics part) 2. Alerts about company and leads (Alert types) 3. Search filters 4. Recommendations 5. Saving complex searches 6. Sales Navigator coach
1. Activities of the leads are unavailable 2. No export option 3. No integrations with CRM like SugarCRM

The experience is good at the beginning, the tool works very well, you can segment, run campaigns, contact prospects. As you progress in the use, the success in using the tool is reduced, because many people do not accept the connection, or do not respond to the messages because they receive too many.
We are all on LinkedIn, so it is a fundamental tool for the commercial team. It provides very good information on each contact. The segmentation tools are really useful.
Price. For a sales team, the cost of all Sales Navigator licenses becomes very relevant. Consider that people are already a bit tired of being contacted through Linkedin, so many attempts are frustrated, connections are not made, or they simply ignore you. Therefore, the cost is not in line with the benefits.
