The team at InTouchCRM are absolutely brilliant at responding to queries and helping us get the most out of the CRM.
I find the technical stuff difficult and a bit frustrating sometimes but that could be me, rather than the system.
IntouchCRM is a great system and Jim. Matthew and team offer great support - highly recommended.
Some of the templates sometimes get a little challenged but crikey if that is all I can find to complain about...and in truth, it is a minor issue.
The surveys extremely useful in obtaining information such as gaining feedback on our services we have given to enable us to develop a better service in the future.
Have been using for more than a year now. I find it easy to use, managing contacts and organizations is excellent, it has helped increase productivity and collaboration of my team.
Yes, I thoroughly recommend it and in fairness to the guys there, when they have found any gaps in the system, they jump on issues and sort them quickly.
Managing contacts through Groups is easy and Email Nurture Sequences are excellent, to highlight two.

I loved the advanced segmentation feature that allows me to segment the leads with their behavior pattern and associate suitable trigger pointers on them (Lead Scoring).
I had a lot of trouble integrating my Salesforce account. It is such a long provess and their video tutorial was bad.
There are some beautiful features this product is having which we are using the most. Like lead scoring, on-site widget, form action definition, Social drip.
I lost my business as my emails were not delivered and when I tried to contact my customers, they told me that they never received any emails from my side.
Easy to build and publish nice landing pages with dynamic content. Progressive profiling helps in lead capturing, specially capturing marketing qualified leads.
It was my bad decision that I left Constant Contact. Now, after loosing my business, I am moving again to CC and Mailchimp.
Another excellent benefit is that it paves the way for a legitimate form of the business practices - you got it right. We've adopted Inbound Marketing via Aritic PinPoint.
Honestly, I hate nothing about Aritic PinPoint.
Everything is available in this tool, and it is super easy to navigate through the tool. We use Salesforce CRM, and we could integrate it very easily.

The team are always very happy to help and great at communication. Set up was very easy and our enquiries blew up instantly.
When integrating Facebook and Instagram with the bot we struggled at first to be able to see messages that were archived in the chats which may have caused confusion with the team.
We love that it acts as a first touch and can also help answer a range of enquiries via automation responses. The Bot is fantastic for being there when we cant.
I can't think of anything negative. Chat Bots, in general, can be annoying sometimes, but this one isn't.
Our overall experience with Enquiry Bot has been fantastic. We went from Live Chat which was manually answered to this which now saves time/ staff hours and the whole process is slick and easy to use.
I personally do not feel like there are any features of Enquiry Bot that are negative.
They have been amazing to work with and offer great ideas and solutions, nothing is ever a problem for them.
Great support, great system, lots of opportunity to nurture leads and develop patient base.
SENSITIVE CONTENT] have been excellent to work with and we would highly recommend.
Integration with our existing business features was made easy through the excellent communication between our team and the team at Enquirybot.
It was definitely a great addition to our business.
