Another thing that is more of an inconvenience than a con. You are required to have 2FA enabled to make configuration/policy changes.
From start till now, evrything good, good trial and demonatration, explanation, also the customer support, the forum, and after sales, good, fine and motivated people over there, not only too sell.
If I have to come up with a con though, it's that there is no billing portal.

I have never experienced such a good support as with Heimdal. They are fast and 100% of the questions are answered in a way that I like.
The pricing is a bit vague. I would rather buy a product with all functionality in it instead of having to buy a licnse for each particular part of the software.
I have used and recommended AV software for over 20 years and Heimdal is the only product I would use or recommend now.
I can't think of something that might be wrong with the product.
The strong and ease of use is a must! for the smb world.

If a connection is cancelled while a connection is being made then the only way to get the software working is to stop and start the anyconnect service again which is a pain in the rear.

We purchased symantec when our school switched to a BYOD program and we needed a platform that protected users on all different branded devices. This is a great, comprehensive solution.
The migration process was very confusing and we completely abandoned our Hosted Endpoint seats due to lack of support.
Symantec Endpoint Protection is teh best software we are being used for years and we love it recommended.
I have experienced some problems regarding old version programs on my computer which I installed many years ago. Symantec struggle to complete authentication of older programs.
The cost is super affordable and it gives adequate protection. Easy to install and utilize as well.
The biggest problem is in the control of internet content. In some situations ends up blocked sites of suppliers and third parties.
The ability of SEP to integrate well with other Symantec tools like DLP, CASB and the other entire suite is great.
