CompanyHub is a customer relationship management (CRM) system that offers sales teams a single and centralized platform from which to manage leads and sales pipeline activity. Incorporating email tracking, email scheduling and reporting technology, CompanyHub aims to deliver a smart CRM solution.

In order to manage leads effectively, CompanyHub equips users with intelligent follow-up suggestions, a 360° contact view and email syncing and tracking functionality. By syncing and tracking email activity, CompanyHub enables users to capture and create leads automatically as well as track email opens and link clicks accurately. Since CompanyHub tracks conversations with leads, users can receive follow-up reminders after a long period of inactivity or lack of interaction with sales prospects.

To enhance user productivity, CompanyHub allows users to organize leads easily using filters and custom fields. Moreover, to further improve the user experience, CompanyHub permits users to bulk send, schedule and personalize emails. CompanyHub also enables users to visualize their deal pipeline, create reports and analyze sales performance. Utilizing CompanyHub’s reports, users can gain actionable insight into business performance. Furthermore, with 5 level security and SSL encryption, CompanyHub ensures all sensitive data is stored and managed securely.
