What is LexWorkplace?
LexWorkplace is a cloud based legal DMS that brings documents, email, and knowledge together with Microsoft 365 and Outlook.
Lawyers file email to the right matter from Outlook using Smart File and Multi Select, and store attachments with the matter.
OCR search with filters, version history, and check in and check out keep work organized and traceable. Role based permissions, audit trails, and secure sharing support collaboration with clients and co-counsel.
LexWorkplace runs on Mac and Windows and includes built in AI to help authorized users find information, summarize documents, and draft using firm-controlled data.
