To manage existing customers successfully, OXON enables users to provide real-time web assistance via video, voice call or text chat. Moreover, since users have access to a shared inbox for email and social media queries, users can also resolve customer support tickets quickly.

Besides business communication management, OXON promotes agent management and customer experience insights. Users can determine agent work hours, objectives and support channels as well as gain valuable and actionable performance insight from OXON’s analytics and reporting technology. OXON also includes speech, voice and text analytics capabilities which serve to optimize workforce performance by tracking agent and customer conversational interactions.
