What is ReFrame Engage?

ReFrame Engage is a SaaS solution that enables staff to easily communicate and collaborate with customers through a single system while tracking and reporting on activity from the engagements. Key features include appointment scheduler, text messaging, internet calling, video chat, chatbot, customer engagement, and analytics. It allows teams to manage customer records, client retention, documents, and forms.

The responsive design is accessible anytime, anywhere, on any mobile device and QR code scanning functionality can be used for quick and easy in-person appointment check-ins. It provides security using Amazon web application firewall (WAF), data security in transit with HTTPS and TLS encryption, application-level encryption for PII data. The application resides with a private VPC with restricted access and all network flows through a secured gateway. Other features include company branding, calendar integration with Outlook and Google, task management, self-managed admin controls, API integration.
