We do everything from FBA, FBM, 3PL, and have thousands of SKUs. We sell everywhere, from small eBay stores to large Walmart and Amazon stores. The best thing is it's all the same inventory and the software controls what goes where and how many. This software is the brains of our business. We shopped around this is it! Best price, best customer service, and API & automation.

We have worked with seller champ for several years and overall it has been a very smooth transaction, they are responsive to any issues and support your growth
The customer service from [ Sensitive content ] and some of the team, they are always responsive with all my inquiries
something has changed in the way they answer their customer inquiries and seems like a lot of new people who don't understand the program but eventually they get you to some one who can help you

terrible! constantly had to babysit the inventory management software to make sure stock quantities were being replenished. Constantly emailing support to advise why things are not working as they are supposed to. Why am i paying a premium price for a service that cant even facilitate the only service im paying for??

Never updates stock quantities in a timely manner, sometimes 3 days to update in which case you've already lost numerous sales. If you put a markdown sale on, sellerchamp will just update the pricing to original pricing cancelling your sale, then you have to wait 7 days to put your item back on sale, again losing plenty of sales!

Excellent
First and most important is the proficiency of the support team, their understanding of customer needs and response to urgent issues are amazing. The product itself is doing great with a wide range for potential improvement. but in the current state It did what is supposed to do. The software did save us a lot of time and organized our multi channel ecommerce.
Although we are satisfied with the existing services but we feel that the price is a bit high , it would be more reasonable with more allowed channels.

I have been trying to find software like SellerChamp for quite some time. It fits my needs nicely. Keeping track of inventory over three different e-commerce sites has been a headache for several years for me. Not only does the software work as indicated, the support desk is also terrific. You can schedule a call, online screen sharing or online chat to get any questions answered. Other platforms could learn from this organization.
There are so many positives about this software. Developers help you get started and are there for any help or explanation. Once set up, it basically runs itself. I generally use SellerChamp to share all of my inventory amongst several e-commerce sites. It not only sets up the listing but keeps track of inventory so I don't over-sell merchandise. It also has a repricer along with an FBA shipping module.
No faults with this software, just need more time to learn all of its features.

Cost is reasonable. It has worked as advertised and the support is first rate. Problems that I have run into are quickly tackled by support team. Plus: I rarely have to use it at all because is just does its job.
I find it a little confusing and non-intuitive in some aspects if I have to bring in product, other than the listings I initiate at Amazon which are a no-brainer.

It is a great product that offers quite a few products within the software for a great price. The customer service is very good and they are helpful with answering any questions you may have.
I like that I am able to easily scan a UPC barcode and it will give me the listing title, price that it is selling for on the marketplace and ASIN if available. It is also very helpful for finding titles, photos and product info for products where you have a UPC.
It can be a bit confusing at times. It is a little difficult to switch between marketplaces at times.

I actually made a sale with one listing, just was playing around with it. that got my attention to list more.
I really like the speed an automation of finding content and images, prices, most all of the details needed to list really fast
I am confused about the menus, looking for the idiots video tutorial section yet.

We switched over to inventory source. We had difficulty getting support and issues with integration.
Ability to connect to a supplier. That would be it.
Not at all easy to use. Support is too slow.

Developer tries to stay on top of things and that is the only reason we are still with them today. We hope one day all glitches will be resolved. The software is great for the most part.
Simple, straight to the point. Does exactly what is says most of the time.
Too many glitches that ended up costing us a lot of money over the years. Constantly catching glitches and having to learn how to dodge them on day-to-day operations.

but we were able to solve a very big problems such as over-selling and correct pricing with SellerChamp. SellerChamp tech support is amazing. They are super responsive, knowledgeable and patient. That's important.
Quick-lister & automation features are working very well.

Solves our inventory and listing issues. Very user friendly. Easier than the eBay and Amazon platforms to list.

You Only get a 30 day return if you sign up for the year! I didn't really have many issues at 1st but after a couple of weeks I realized that I was doing most of the work correcting what was wrong with each listing! So I contacted customer support and they sent me to file out a cancel subscription and after I completed it I got the below message: Your subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing period on 04/26/22. You may continue to use your account till that time.

Ease of use, customer service phone help, cost, ability to use multiple Amazon / Ebay accounts with just one subscription.
The workflow can be a bit confusing and could use some end of the line, fine tuning for users. There are occasionally minor bugs that I alert customer service about and they're usually corrected within 6 hours. Upon occasion one of the minor bugs will prevent sending in an FBA shipment by 24 hours.

Reducing the listing on individual and multiple channel listing. Also making the FBA shipping process much easier and faster.
The software is extremely user friendly and saves time. Listing on multiple marketplaces and shipping to FBA is a dream. The customer service team is responsive and knowledgeable. The onboarding is more support that I received in years of using competitive products.
I would love more reporting capabilities. I understand this is coming soon.

Fabulous experience! Customer service is top-notch. Whenever I am stuck I schedule a help session usually within 24 hours. My issues are always resolved through these help sessions.
I purchased this product specifically to integrate my Amazon and eBay selling channels. I also wanted to integrate a dropship inventory feed with my eBay channel. This product was the answer.
I have needed assistance in setting up my integrations despite the help articles.

It has been a good investment for my company. Within 24 hours it translated into sales. So far I have no complaints at all.
I actually like the customer service the most. These guys will take the time to walk you through any issue that you may have. They are very responsive and polite.
At times it's a bit difficult to use but the great customer service makes up for it.

i love that it will import a master inventory file and then allow me to upload directly to major platforms like Ebay, Etsy, etc.
it's a little bit of a learning curve, but thankfully the staff helps and will do anything you need to get you going. EXCELLENT customer service.

Overall, great product.. We have integrated it with eBay and Walmart and it has been crucial to our team's success. Support is phenomenal. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been addressing our issues almost immediately.
Bugs still exist however, there are were are addressed by support team in timely manner.
