We are very happy with the software and excellent customer service we have received. The team is responsive and we are very comfortable with the system and how it is functioning.
They literally gave up on our company with all the bugs and released us from our contract, and STILL charged us even though we lost thousands while waiting for bugs to be addressed.
It's a great value for the money and the customer service is always prompt and eager to resolve any issues that we've had arise.
We have an EXTREMELY convoluted and demanding system to deal with and worked with ChannelAdvisor first. Of course they are the RollsRoyce of this business space and their prices reflect that.
Great repricing tool and the order management feature is great, easy to use and connect to the omnichannel accounts.
It also had difficulties adding variations to exsisting product line.
As a non technical person the experience has been good. Staff are excellent to work with.

One missing feature is the pricing and listing options for collectible copies of books, such as first editions. These make up a majority of my stock, so i end up having to point them out manually.

I am confused about the menus, looking for the idiots video tutorial section yet.

Great overall for the past three years. I am growing my Buisness this year and hope pricelabs continues to better there product and reach in the industry.
Whilst $9.99 is nothing in the scheme of things, having to pay an extra $10 for market analysis is a bit lame.
Customer support is outstanding, including the ability to connect directly with the founders of the company and some of the key scientists on the team.
I was very skeptical paying money for service that I really didn't know much.
Customer service has been wonderful to work with any time I have a question, they are very quick to help.
I also don't see much value in the marketplace dashboards. They are lacking more development.
The ability to customize prices for certain seasons and the amount of flexibility with different pricing and minimum stays is fantastic.
No app and the website itself doesn't fit on a mobile screen.
I love the ease of use but more importantly, I love the impact it has had on the health of my business and driving revenue and overall client happiness.
We were happy with the functionality, reliability, and excellent customer service.

The pricing plans are a bit costly, and it is not working on some of the website. Also sometime the price update part is just gets slow.
It is just great to have an unlimited amount of competitors to add to your different products. Besides that, the Prisync team is very supportive and helpful.
We work with stepper pricing based on volume. That is not working very efficient.
Support is also great by the way. We had some integration issues which were tracked down and solved with the help of their support team.
Should be the small technical error such as different amount showed between the official link.
It completely changed how we handle our competition. Seamless onboarding and super quick gains.
I get the occasional error from competitors links. Other than that I don't see anything else.
Very easy to use and for new members of the team to pick up when needed. Delivers good quality results and helps us keep track of competitors.
They help me start earning money in E-comm, with great service and a very easy to understand and use app.

It's easy to learn, easy to use, and even easy to teach. I love this software and would love to become some sort of certified expert user if at all possible.
There are only a few things that we have found the software incapable of doing, and they have been rather minor. We did request that the company add them to their "to-do" list.
I love the flexibility of options in terms of how you can deploy questions and the type of questions you can ask using this software. What you can do with the data afterward is just as excellent too.
Our one complaint is that the price has crept up over the years to the point that it's significantly higher than we were paying 4-5 years ago.
What I love most about Qualtrics is the suite of tool built into the software to help analysis the results. I also appreciate all the options in crafting the survey.
The data analysis options offered within Qualtrics are weak, as are the data cleaning options. This is a non-issue for smaller, or non-scientific surveys.
Their software is excellent, their integration support and API is excellent and their support is hands down the absolute best in the tech industry.
Depending on what platform you were using before it my be a little difficult at first to get acclimated to the program.
You can make really amazing surveys using Qualtrics and it provides so many nice ways to present or export the data collected. The fact that it exports to SPSS is a huge pro.
But having now tried a few alternatives it's pretty clear that qualtrics is particularly good for post collection analysis too.
Qualtrics is an amazing, top of the line survey software, but it comes at a price.
Overall, my experience with qualtrics has been quite pleasant. It is a steady, reliable program.
The ability to customize the questions and their format is great. Tons of options multiple choice, blank fields, etc.
Qualtrics has a nice dashboard and is very easy to use.
Any issues we've had, or questions as far as question development goes, have been addressed immediately by the wonderful support staff.

The interface of the questionnaire design is the weakness, some particular points. Impossible to keep the documentation opened while editing the questionnaire.

The features I like most about using this software are the ease of learning the program, and the quick and responsive customer service.
Also love that we are able to share it with our clients. It looks so professional (windows based) and our clients appreciate that we are able to deliver this as part of the project.
All in all, Lighthouse is a very good choice for all those who want to set up complex online surveys and who need a lot of freedom (e.g. in filter management, design customization or quota control).
We integrated some custom JavaScript solutions that interact with our internal architecture and I am happy of the possibilities.

The support is outstanding and the training is great as well. The options make sense and give us a lot of ways to stay booked in a very competitive environment.

They have an integrated POS, that it is very good so you can charge the guests automatically and they have some interesting channels.
Very agressive methode of blocking your account. My credit card was stolen and a small fee of 13 euro wasn´t charged, they BLOCKED my account for days, PRESSING to pay inmediatly.

The customer support is excellent and everybody does his or her best to give you a great experience. The feeds are great and are very useful for advertising on Google.
I got some offers and demos from similar price monitoring tools. But they all failed on multiple parameters such as price.

A great onboard experience and a world-class support creates opportunities for you as a user to use the tool fully already in the first week.

Its cheap and easy to use, it reprices every 15 mins also which is good. I like the profit calculator its a really useful tool.
I hate to give Amazon more data about my business, but I am beginning to question whether I need to pay a third-party for repricing or not.

The critical features that are missing. I should be able to easily click a link on the dashboard to filter by listings with competitors priced below mine.
It has allowed me to automate something that I was ding manually and save me quite a bit of time while helping me to become more competitive.
The entry level ( my membership) min price mass update is useless. Why would you set up an equation to set the min price to ( Cost + shipping).
This gives me the ability to choose when I have to clear out at a low price. Importing is key for me, because I have to have the ability to quickly setup repricing for my expanding catalog.
For the dashboard I can quickly see how many products aren't in the Buy Box but there's no clickable link to take me to those products that aren't in the Buy Box.
Adding your information is very easy to do and once it is all setup the program does a great job. I have noticed an increase in sales the day after I set it up.
There interface has some good filters and options to customize it for my business needs. The BQool community is also very helpful which is a value add.
I like the bulk edits, profit calculations, being able to upload buy costs, I'm excited to try the bulk edit for ROI.
I don't have to worry about Amazon's algorithms too much in winning the Buy Box either, I'm winning it more and more since using this.

A few minor glitches that can be irritating. Dashboard could be a bit more interactive and have different views.
I am on top of constant price changes of my competitors and I am winning the buy box. I also enjoy the reporting.
Italian traslation is poor and make all the funtionality difficult to understand.
The software is really good intuitive and highly functional. The support is A1 and it is one of the best support services that we have experienced with a low-cost SAAS platform.
I think the weekly summary emails are confusing, but perhaps I haven't figured them out yet. They always show my sales as dropping, even when I am having increasing sales.

GoSpotCheck has just gone from strength to strength and the ease of use and functionality can not be faulted.
The only problem i ever had with this app was trying to figure out how to start my audits. Once I figured out it was just touch and go, I never had another problem with it.
I have had a few tech issues in the past, but the customer service has been fantastic and worked hard to resolve the issues. I highly recommend using this app.
Limited history retained. Uses up the battery for long missions.
Their follow up and reassurance that they are there for you is fabulous. The application is easy to use - setting up custom missions for your company is a matter of following walk thru instructions.
Their Customer Support has been amazing and they work with us to provide us what we need, help to ensure we are getting everything out of the platform, and are great partners in business.

Cargoson is comfortable and easy to use software, that changed our company shipping processes more clear, faster and comprehensive.
I don't know if the dates are automatic or what, but sometimes the delivery dates shown are wrong. Then we still have to contact the carrier to see what the real time would be.
Comparing prices is very nice. Creating orders is easy and as it saves all addresses its very easy and quick sending cargo to place you have delivered at least once.
The main problem that has been solved for our company is overview and communication between carriers and our own employees.

We have been using the UpShot Commerce platform since the late 1990's and are thrilled with their robust offering.
It cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost business, lost customers, and time and money spent trying to get things to work.
Upshot Commerce gives us great care year after year. We are seeing some great improvement since launching the responsive design.
Not only did it take almost 7 months to go live because of mistakes and inconsistencies within the platform, once we went live, the comedy of errors was unbelievable.
The Upshot team provided an unprecedented level of support in the upgrade process, and we are thrilled with the results. Their customer service and response time is outstanding.
Made one of the worst business decisions of my career signing up with this e-commerce platform.
Upshot Commerce is a great ecommerce solution for growing businesses looking to improve their online sales and conversion.
The software isn't flashy as some other products, which I think gets mistaken for being out dated or not as intuitive.
We have been with Upshot Commerce for coming on 10 years. They have been an outstanding technology partner for us.
We have over 4000 items on our site and to change quantities or descriptions individually would be a big problem.
I've built well over 4 different businesses on Upshot and had wonderful results. Overall the system is very customizable, allowing us to accomplish all of our business goals.
If faking it and using duck tape is in your wheelhouse then maybe this will work for you. It took us a year to get out.
That company, under any name, has been beyond stellar and helpful for the Ergobaby (and Orbit Baby) online presence and revenue growth in these past years.
The customer support provided by Upshot is responsive, helpful appeals to all skill levels.
We have 140,000 different items and 250,000 pictures associated with those. The system is very solid and the back end for the transaction is simple and easy to use.
Rich features like Product Reviews, Registry, Sale Alerts, Loyalty Program, and Wishlist (among many others) are integrated natively into the platform making extensibility easy.
Integrate with Mailchimp to collect new subscribers seamlessly. Run a Loyalty Rewards program.
The backend toolkit is user friendly, but doesn't sacrifice functionality in it's ability to create products, categories, manage site content and manage orders.

Unfortunately this app wasn't what we needed when the company started to grow at gigantic steps.
Omnia have good combination of powerful softwares and customer orientation. They are able to solve any issues you may come across.
The reliability all over the time and the good result.
The flexibility is great. We're able to both standardize and customize as needed for our different markets.

I helped to implement netRivals in a European multinational company, at the beginning I did not know this service but I was impressed with the usefulness and simplicity of the implementation.
We've been working with netRivals from the very beginning (2016) and we cannot say we have any complaints about its service and features.
It's one thing to have a great system in place, which Netrivals does very well. The key factor making this company great is the people that help us with our requests.
Almost no learning curve. Productive tool from day 1.
Integration was great and the ever evolving and expanding options on offer are excellent.
Setup was very complicated on our side, they have difficulties to setup with simple CSV.
He has looked at how we use Netrivals and has suggested great ways to improve our workflow and get the most out of the software.
We have always had a positive working relationship with Netrivals and they are always available and keen to help.
Overall I'm more than happy with every aspect and would highly recommend Netrivals to any business that wants a thorough view of the market through pricing analysis.

I liked the survey analysis tool best from this software. The process of making the survey was easy and straight forward but the analysis tools are very useful.
Also, once in a while the MaxDiff module occasionally got stuck if I tried to make an edit. The survey keeps reloading and I have to close out the browser and log back in to get it unstuck.
Very practical, easy to use, students that need for example max-diff or conjoint love it, it provides them with a tool that really helps them in their graduation project.
Also the look of the survey is very dull. M not sure if that’s on purpose or not.
Undoubtedly the best tool for conjoint analysis. The available features are comprehensive.
So far, I have yet to find any issues with the use of the software that I find problematic.
Other pros include features like the maxDiff analyzer which has the Turf Analysis, which everyone seems to love.
Maxdiff max of 30 options seemed too low. Unless there is a reason 30 is the max it seemed to cap us unnecessarily.

You can't find another platform that offers conjoint with this level of quality at this price. And I like that Discover is regularly updated with new features.
I love the intuitive and easy to use nature of Discover. It makes it so that anyone can start doing quant analysis.
The proof is that for a complex research method , I can get going quickly and with enough confidence from the supporting documentation/community that I can get the value out of the tool.

There are some problems with pricing in other countries than Germany, which costs a lot of time in our projects.
Also the range of covered platforms and competition shops is great and i like the dashboard and reportings too. Finally many thanks for an outstanding customer support.
The hit rate is very high and the consistency of the delivered data is really well. If there were any failures due to a change at the source, they reacted very quickly and delivered the data again.
Our requirement now is very minimal. For our current requirement Price Intelligence perfectly does the job for a very good price without any complexity.
Unfortunately the data of the external sources (price comparison sides) are not always updated correctly.
We have a good overview and comparison to the market since we are using the tool. It helps us to react fast where necessary and increase margin where possible.
It was very interesting to get an overview of all the different price strategies that easy.
The dashboard gives an good overview of the current market situation. On a product level you can get more detail information.
Satisfied with the product and the customer service for our requirements.
