JobCraft drafts the job description from a short brief. Most teams have a first job live in about 10 minutes on a hosted careers page, a website widget, or a WordPress plugin. You can also bulk upload existing CVs and score them the same day.

AI Score reads every CV against the role and returns a banded score rounded to the nearest 10, with strengths and gaps in plain words. CriteriaMatch checks hard requirements such as work permit, language, or years of experience, with pass or fail and a confidence level. InterviewGen suggests interview questions based on the gap between the CV and the role. Decision Helper compares finalists side by side with team notes and ratings.

For designers, artists, and engineers, linked work from LinkedIn, Behance, Cara, ArtStation, and GitHub appears on the applicant page next to the score. Candidate emails are drafted in your brand voice and reviewed before they send. Brand voice shapes writing only, never scoring.

On Enterprise, sourcing finds people who never applied from LinkedIn and portals such as ArtStation. Smart Talent Pool keeps candidates who gave consent ready for the next role.

Integrations and channels include LinkedIn publishing on paid plans, Gmail and Outlook for candidate email, calendar scheduling, WordPress, and MCP access for tools such as Claude and Cursor. Built in Krakow with GDPR minded controls, encryption in transit and at rest, 2FA, and role based access.

Pricing is self serve. Simple is free for up to 2 listings a year and 1 user. Pro is about 80 EUR a month for up to 10 listings a month and 5 users. Enterprise starts from about 200 EUR a month with unlimited listings and users, sourcing, and Smart Talent Pool. No multi year lock in.
