InboxPilot overview

What is InboxPilot?

InboxPilot is an inbox-native AI email agent. It connects to the Gmail or Outlook inbox your team already uses and drafts replies to the repetitive email that fills it every day: RFQs and quote requests, order and shipment status questions, document collection, booking requests, and routine support questions.

Every draft is grounded in your company's own documents, website, and past emails, so replies contain your actual prices, policies, and facts rather than generic filler. Incoming mail is triaged and labeled automatically, and every reply waits for a person to approve it before sending. Teams that build trust in the output can enable auto-send for the cases they choose.

Three things make it different from the tools it gets compared to:

1. No migration. There is no helpdesk to move to and no new interface to learn. Your team keeps working in Gmail or Outlook and the drafts appear there.

2. No per-resolution meter. Plans are flat, priced by AI draft volume rather than per seat or per resolution. Your bill does not grow every time the AI does its job, and a 10-person team pays the same as a 2-person team on the same plan.

3. Human in the loop by default. Approval-first drafting is the shipping default, not an add-on.

InboxPilot is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped OAuth, and your email is never used to train shared models.

It is built for operations-led teams that run on email: manufacturers quoting from a catalog, logistics teams answering status requests, property managers, clinics, agencies, and visa and tour operators. It is not a helpdesk (no chat widget, ticket queue, or call center) and not a personal productivity assistant.
