Ve been working with Klara for about 2.5 years and overall have been very happy with the product. D love to have more access to immediate support but overall very happy.

What I like most about the Klara app is the simplicity of getting around the app. It’s very easy to use and you can speak with your provider with ease, as well as send and receive documents/forms.

Customer Service

I love how Klara organizes the message exchange between patients and physicians. The secure messaging, appointment scheduling, and telemedicine are easy and convenient.

Sometimes patients complain it is annoying to login and that the forms do not autosave mid-way nor allow any field to be empty even if it is irrelevant.

I love klara! and i also love its very easy for patients to us and communicate with staff.

Overall I like it and think it is worth the price. If they could improve the login process and forms it would be even better.

We use Klara to text patients to reschedule or schedule appointments, give detailed instructions about their medical care or medications and answer their questions about their medical conditions. We also text patients their biopsy/pathology or lab results.

I have enjoyed my experience with Klara, it has been a wonderful, safe way to communicate with patients and follow up with patients after their treatments to check in and see how they are doing. Klara makes it easy to export any conversations needed to our system, along with assigning the conversation to me so I get notified when they respond. I love being able to communicate with coworkers through Klara as well.

This was as close to being a game changer as you can get for office communications.  Issues that used to take hours to deal with (reading post its, calling patients back, having to leave voicemails if they are not answering) can now be handled in a matter of minutes.  The setup took a little while because you have to reorganize your phone tree but its beyond worth it.

I appreciate the accessibility of Klara for both us as the provider and for the patients. It is really convenient to be able to advertise a texting system rather than a nurse taking triage calls, we encourage patients to use Klara to send over questions and concerns and I believe this significantly reduces our office's phone calls throughout the day.

Overall I like it, it's easy to use, patients like it and find it helpful. Avoids "phone tag" and is great for gathering insurance and identification info prior to appointments. Great for communicating with patients and sending documents securely.

Best combination of phone and email for patient communication

Klara made my job a little easier too. I send out statements and a lot of people move and don't let me know. Most people keep their phone numbers. I can send a patient a quick text and I get fast responses. I love this option.
