Ve been working with Klara for about 2.5 years and overall have been very happy with the product. D love to have more access to immediate support but overall very happy.

What I like most about the Klara app is the simplicity of getting around the app. It’s very easy to use and you can speak with your provider with ease, as well as send and receive documents/forms.

Customer Service

I love how Klara organizes the message exchange between patients and physicians. The secure messaging, appointment scheduling, and telemedicine are easy and convenient.

Clinical Psychologist

Sometimes patients complain it is annoying to login and that the forms do not autosave mid-way nor allow any field to be empty even if it is irrelevant.

Front desk

I love klara! and i also love its very easy for patients to us and communicate with staff.

I Love that we can communicate with patients like an text message.

It's very user friendly and helps with our practice significantly.

Klara is one of the best systems our practice has chosen to invest in for our patient care.

The upload picture feature is also horrible because it doesn't work.

We also use it for tattoo removal consultations and just have the patients send in a photo of the tattoo for a price. It has been a huge benefit to our practice.

When merging accounts sometimes gives you an error.

These ease of use of the application. It is almost never down and is very intuitive.

HIPAA-compliant texting that works well with our clinical workflow. We value the new phone integration and feel it has improved our workflow.

I received a lot of complaints about not having a messaging service for the staff, It's only for patient to staff communication. The value for money is not good.

Other than the integration part of Klara with Nextgen I am completely happy with this product.

We could not keep up with pt. communications without Klara. It is an invaluable tool. Support has been great, and usually if we have a problem it's worked out fairly quickly. 

Very good product.

The staff are very responsive. They even anticipate our needs - like the need to sort messages and send them to the right person immediately, instead of forcing us to manually sort.
