Very Happy. It is a very good product and I use it every day

Pros

Very effective my of communicating with patients and avoids phone calls which saves me a lot of time.

Cons

Sometimes it is hard to find the patients, but it works well when I use the patient's medical record #

user friendly

it was good. we have been using it for 5 years.

Pros

Its user friendly and keep the record of the old messages as well. easy follow up aswell.

Cons

sometimes having trouble to update pt. info if he has two charts.
