Pros
I love Maid Central and I love working with the Maid Central Team. The entire team is extremely knowledgeable and they care about the success of your company.
I love the support team and I am super excited for the in-person live events to dive in deeper and learn more.
An amazing tool to understand if you are running a profitable business. After jumping in with both feet and making the commitment to using more of the features it was exciting to see how it works.
Cons
The only downside I would have about this software is there not currently a application you can download to your phone everything is done from the browser.
Some aspects of the UI are not immediately intuitive, which can be especially difficult to explain to others when you are the token millennial in the office.
However, the extra step when cancelling or changed an appointment is a little more time consuming.
