What is MyPOS Connect?

MyPOS Connect is a customizable, SOC2 compliant cloud-based point-of-sale solution designed to help businesses streamline inventory management, purchasing, customer relationship management, and other business operations. The customizable POS app allows administrators to create personalized menu boards, create automatic product discounts based on promotional campaigns, display product data and customer information in sales transactions, and integrate to popular EMV-compliant merchant services providers.

MyPOS Connect offers a selection of customer engagement features that allow professionals to view and edit customer information, set up special prices, process invoices, issue statements, and more. Stores can utilize MyPOS Connect to synchronize inventory details across channels and report on online as well as in-store sales. Supervisors can use the purchasing solution to create, print, receive and manage purchase orders on a unified dashboard.

MyPOS Connect has off-the-shelf integrations with several third-party applications such as GatherUp, Klaviyo, Brevo (formerly, Send In Blue) and Constant Contact, as well as Shopify, and more. Other features include data analysis, reporting, and comprehensive, auditable inventory control.
