What is ProdCamp?

ProdCamp is a user feedback management platform to help businesses build features that customers need.

1. Collects user feedback via different channels (like User Voting Portal, Public Roadmap, Feedback widget, Net Promoter Score, Intercom, email forwards, API)

2. Analyzes and connects feedback to product improvements in our system (features).

3. Prioritizes relentlessly with $value/requests_count prioritization ($ is taken from SalesForce integration), Feature Score prioritization (RICE), or with prioritization matrix.

4. Passes it to developers via native integrations with Jira and Gitlab.

5. When an improvement is shipped, it notifies customers with automated emails and publishes an update in their Changelog (embedded to their web app and on a standalone website).
